during my stay there was only 1 elevator working. Also I didn’t like the fact that you are pretty much forced to listen to a timeshare presentation because they charge you $40 on your card as a hold to make sure you show up. the presentation was over 2.5 hours long which was ridiculous I’m on vacation I do not want to spend my time in a presentation.

The pool should be outdoors. We had a sliver of ocean view and the fishing dock. The BED was terrible. Lumpy, my back hurts. It needs a new mattress. Get rid of the grass in front beach side and put tables and chairs for ocean viewing or move the pool there. The NOISY JETS flying overhead all day.

Bathroom light switch is the same as bathroom fan, which is really loud. Exterior washers were outside my window in the morning.

Friendly, clean and convenient. The suite was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved that the beach was just steps away. Amenities, including the gym, pool, and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The staff was super friendly. The fuse to the microwave blew and maintenance was there to reset it in minutes. Excellent experience overall!

Direction when you first arrive . Myself and many arriving guest did not see the sign for parking for 15 minutes when initially entering the property. As a result we ended up walking through the parking deck and down a couple floors before I got to where I was supposed to be to check in. Other issues were fixable but inconvenient to my schedule. Overall I give my stay an 8 out of 10.

The property is located in a GREAT SPOT! It’s next to the oceanfront, shops on the strip, Funland, and more!

The studio room was extremely small. With the sofa bed open you could barely move around the room. The bed is listed as a Queen but IT IS NOT, at best it is a full size. The door barely opened with the sofa bed open as well. We arrived early and were told we would be sent a text when the room was ready. That never happened. We were then directed to a concierge who had a “welcome package”, being a Hilton Honors Member this usually means water bottles and maybe cookies or something, here it was a magazine, and that was it. There was only one helpful staff member who was apologetic about not texting us about the room. They also never shared how to get to our room, where the pool was, that they had a restaurant on site or how to check out! Honestly, if we didn’t travel so much and stay at Hilton Hotels I probably would not have noticed any of this. We have stayed at other places in Virginia Beach like the Breakers, which offered more spacious accommodations and a kinder more welcoming atmosphere for much less!

The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The room updated and had some amenities like refrigerator , coffee machine, silverware. There were beach towels as well.
