It wasn’t the cleanest, the ice bucket and grabber was dirty, there was hair on the shower floor and in the sheets of the bed, the lights flicker in the bathroom.

Loved the location of the property to Universal Studios.

The pool was not heated (heating was broken) and was located with the car park not very bright and feels like an after thought.

Brilliant location for Universal, Clean and the rooms were large with a small kitchen. Staff were very accommodating and when we had a small issue with our room were very quick to rectify the issue.

Small pool. Not heated as stated in description. No jacuzzi. Room was comfortable, bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Shower was dirty and hair on toilet.

You would only stay here for universal and it’s a short walk away, so that’s good. I think the extra charges for parking are too much considering the hotel is not cheap. It was clean, that’s all we needed. The area around the hotel is not nice and I wouldn’t walk around there if I had kids with me.

The pool is located in the parking lot and hopefully, will get the heater fixed soon.

The location is excellent if you are headed to Universal Studios or City Walk. We went because of that and the pool. The pool heater was broken so... that was a bust. It is bare bones with a bar...cute and super simple.

Under renovation signs everywhere. Not enough towels in room initially(more upon request). Extra pillows not available. Pool is across the parking garage. The heating was broken but my kid wanted to swim. You have to pay to park a car per night. Lots of hallway noise at night(walls thin).

Close to Universal Studios and walking distance to quick bites to eat and convenience stores. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great value for the square footage and amenities included in room.

Room lighting could be improved. Room service personnel could be informed about how many guest are in the rooms so they can leave the correct amount of towels and supplies. A complimentary breakfast could be a plus plus.

Location is excellent, parking lot is a plus, staff is very friendly and willing to help always. Neighborhood is very good with a lot of places to eat and shop around. Walking distance to Universal Studios is short, about 7 minutes to the park shuttle.

The room wasn't the cleanest and a bit outdated. The swimming pool was very small and ice cold so it wasn't very enjoyable. The shower was complicated to use.

The location was perfect close to food, stores, and Universal Studios shuttles station. The room was spacious, and we got pizza delivered right to our door. We felt safe here with our kids. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The pool is extremely small. It’s in the back of the property. We were told it was heated but upon arrival we discovered it was not. There are a few chairs to sit and a rack with towels, however many were stained and dirty. It was overall sad looking back there.

I was told that my room would be ready by a certain time and it took an additional 3 hrs. We were extremely tired from travel and was only offered a free drink from the bar which we didn’t want

AC unit in the room.

Rooms are good, but it sucks that the AC unit is in the room. And it's loud. Parking is good. Locations is okay.
