A little older. Door to our floor didn’t close all the way. There are cameras but I didn’t feel secure bec most staff are working by the front building. Rooms are in a separate building. Also, they charge for resort fee for each day but you won’t have access after checkout. If you’re there for the pool, would recommend to get a resort pass instead of booking for a stay.

It needs updating and we could hear everything through the walls. The pools in the morning needed major cleaning. One of the hot tubs were not working and the pool was full of dirt and dead bugs including many bees and a dead lizard.

At this price point, breakfast should have been included. The gift shop needs budget options for swimwear - the cheapest women's swimsuit we could find was over $100. The food in the restaurant was good but not stellar - the butternut squash ravioli tasted like cherry pie filling.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I interacted with new employees and trainers in the restaurant and at reception, and they were all very knowledgable. The room was very comfortable, and the whole resort was clean. The connected pools and multiple hot tubs were exciting.

The hotel is located next to the highway. All regular rooms face the highway, which you can hear through bathe windows and from the higher part of the pool area. There are no showers in the pool area. The hotel is older and could get upgraded.

I liked the pool area and that the hotel is located on a hill which made for nice views

It is showing it’s age. It needs a good deep cleaning. There was dust in the room around the edges of the carpet. The bedding was ill fitting. There was paper scraps and crumbs on the floor. The wall paper was starting to peel.

It really is a beautiful setting and very unique. The pool is beautiful.

Location of hotel is not in best of area off the resort, food at resort is way to expensive, this run down or broke at resort that r just left and not repaired or made to look nice. Example broken light. Attention to detail. Biggest thing not enough chairs at pool. Had to set stuff on a rock intill chairs became available hrs later. Big open spot in shade they could have more chairs but they dont.

The property and location were beautiful!! The room was a great size, the bed was so comfortable, the pool was amazing and the staff were so polite and friendly. We received a call when we first walked in the room to make sure it was up to our expectations and a call the night before we left to see how our stay was. It was a great find!

Pool was very dirty full of debris(from trees) and bottles and cups at the bottom. Would have been nicer if they cleaned the pool more often. One issue is the toilet room door they dont have handles and door was so hard to open to get in and out of the toilet room. The door comes out of the wall so it would be better if it had a handle. To open and close it. Shower was tempermental i got burned a few times and it was on cold. Also bathroom shower had chips on tile where you enter. Pool is so cool but again needs more up keep or maybe removing all the plants. Lots of animals critters running around the pool area. The door to the room area was never close it was supposed to be a key entry point it was always open a bit and not locked. So animals im sure could find their way in. Also it was just me and my sister so safety issue as well.

Beds were comfortable AC worked very good. Pretty cool landscape starbucks on site. Rooms are pretty good.

It's a little spendy.

The location is ridiculously amazing. Very beautiful. As long as you like hanging in or by the pool, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

The rooms could use a facelift to be competitive to other resorts. Pillows weren’t comfortable and Beds could be more plush. The pool chairs need to be updated.

The facility had wonderful service and various spots to eat. Food was excellent!
