The room we had were tight quarters. A shelf above the sink would have been so helpful for cosmetics. Will visit again with smaller luggage to carry up the stairs and request an updated bay window room.

Comfortable bed, loved the Back Bay location. Sophia was sweet and helpful. High-end mall and restaurants were walkable with close access to train rail lines to take you to other Boston areas. Legal Seafood had oyster happy hour. Atlantic Fish had wonderful asparagus crab, tuna tartare and clam chowder. Took train to James Hook for fab cold lobster roll with mayo and crab cakes.

We needed a place to stay in Boston for a high-risk delivery of our grandchild. We needed to be able to stay for as long as needed and get easily to the hospital. The location was great for us. Charming building and neighborhood. The ease of using the lock box and getting questions answered by telephone was excellent. Studio was well thought out. Some appliances dd not work well. Bed was comfortable, but needed larger quilt. Parking was much more expensive than stated online, but close by and not hard to find.

The coffee machine was not working properly, and the (rather steep) stairs can be inconvenient for people with limited mobility.

The unit we were in was incredibly small. Very little room to move around or even open your suitcase. It is very loud as the walls are thin and you can hear everyone clumping up and down the stairs or in the unit above.

This charming little brownstone is in a great location. Just a short walk to downtown and transit options. The apartment was very neat and the bed was comfortable.

The TV is a disaster. It has a million channels, but none of the good ones. Plus, it's Internet based, so it often goes out.

We needed to pay extra for parking even though there were designated spots for each apartment so it isn't as though we were paying a premium for limited space.

The room was great and the location was very central to the green line so getting around was easy! The neighborhood felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable.

It might have been useful to have a guide of services in the area. It was on the last day we found a large supermarket very close to the property which would have been useful earlier in the week.

The first basement apartment did not live up to expectations. We suggest other guest to check every time the apartment

Copley house includes a series of small apartments equipped with everything you would need (a small hob and fridge, cookwares, pans, iron and shower set) and located in a Perfect position very close to Back bay, subway stations (the closest are "Symphony" and "prudential"), supermarkets and malls. The first apartment we stayed in was located in basement and, therefore, was a bit dark; moreover, we found out a beetle during our second night. We contacted the customer service and immediately we were moved to a new brighter apartment, with a queen size bed, well cleaned.

We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping service, the bathtub backed up , and we had to move our car by checkout even though we planned to stay in Boston for the day
