Beds were a little uncomfortable but staff was quick to bring me a padded mattress cover. Grass cutters started a little early for vacationers

Hard to say… maybe updated showerheads? I’d have to get THAT picky. I will say if you aren’t super active or have limited mobility, there is not as much to take advantage of in the park (at least during the sweltering summer heat- everything was a good 2 miles + away) but only a few things were not accessible by car. But with the views and the fire pit, I’d be perfectly happy staying put at the cottage anyway.

We loved it all! The cottage was beautiful, the kitchen had just about everything we needed, and the views were stunning. The staff was so helpful and friendly- they even went out of their way to make sure we got fresh linens and any extra housekeeping we needed without disturbing our pet when we were out to breakfast. Which is another thing we loved- Woodside breakfast was included and we took advantage of it daily. It was delicious and the staff was wonderful. They even have lovely seating outside if you have a dog with you, and brought our guy a bowl of water when he came with us. Sunrise, sunset and fireworks were all amazing to watch over the lake. The beach was a quick drive (or bike ride if you don’t have a lot to haul) away, but even on a busy holiday week we had no problem finding parking at the pavilion.

My room in the cottage had a very loud sound coming from it. I don't know if it was the AC unit, or what, but it was loud.

I loved the decor in the cabin. I loved the bike trails and bike access. I loved the porches.

I wish the laundry built in the cottage and that will make it completely perfect !!!

The cottage is so nice, the patio is the best view. I love the back yard with the fire pitch and table outside. Beside, the trail and the pier are the places can’t miss for the trip.

water pressure wasn't great in our bathroom. would have loved to have a washer /dryer. pet fee a little pricey.

Having an outside shower would have been very helpful. Also having a washer/dryer would have been nice.

The staff, Mark and Robert, are awesome! Same for everyone! The cottage was a huge surprise! Beautifully upscale-- The breakfast was gourmet and satisfied all.

One of the employees at the restaurant had very poor customer service skills.

I was told Breakfast was included but we ended up having to pay portions on the meal. We were told we could get it to go but we had 5 guest registered and they would only fix 2 to go boxes so 3 of the guest didn't get their meal. The young girl with glasses when she came to work those last days of our trip at Woodside restaurant had very poor customer relations and made us pay portions on our meals and didn't even supply all our guest with meals. I was very disappointed in that. This was our 6th stay there and I'm not sure I'll return after her rudeness. I love being there bit that left a bad taste after that and paying almost $4,000 for the 6 days.

Everything! Beautiful cottage on a lake adjacent to incredible bike and walking paths, near the beach but surrounded by nature.
