We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere is definitely some road noise from the freeway and side streets. The bedroom window could have used blackout curtains in addition to the blinds as we found it quite bright despite having blinds closed. If we came again, I wouldn't bother with a balcony as it was very small, no seating and didn't look out on anything of interest.
We liked the apt style units. The shower was large as was the walk in closet. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit and took advantage of that, appreciating the supply of detergent and dryer sheets.

Great location - it was a 15 min walk to Broadway and that suited us just fine. We enjoyed the stroll. Staff were friendly and polite. It was great to have secure car parking on site. Liked having washer/drier available. Large closet was excellent for storing luggage.

When my son checked out of his room, my code no longer worked for our room that was booked for the extra night. They had checked us out of both rooms. They said that they could not check us back in and give us a code for the door, so they gave us a key. The key led to more difficulties trying to get into our room

United States of AmericaI needed blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was bright and I wanted to sleep in. Other than that, the Placemakr was awesome!
The room was very spacious. It had everything we needed and more. The game changer for me was to come home with clean laundry! It has a full sized washer ad dryer in the room. They even provided a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets. We did a small Walmart delivery to the hotel for snacks and drinks. That was awesome! The Shell station is about 2 blocks away for alcohol purchases. We had the opportunity to rent the BCycle bikes and cruise around. Get the 3 day pass! Totally worth it. The station is 1 block away, super convenient to the hotel.

United States of AmericaInstead of saying what I didn't like, I want to state two things that can be improved. The shower did not have a shelf for toiletries and the bedroom did not have a television for late night viewing. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
Value, location, cleanliness and comfort of the room. Staff honored my requests and were professional. The bed was VERY comfortable. Got a kick out of the remote vacuum cleaner that cleaned the hallway each day. We nicknamed it Wally.

AustraliaThe cost for parking (and converting to AUD) but the carpark was spacious, secure and had rubbish bins so we didn't have to cart rubbish to our unit.
The property exceeded my expectations. The unit was extremely spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Nashville. I especially appreciated the large walk in robe off the bathroom (ideal for storing our luggage out of the way during our trip), the in unit laundry facilities and basic kitchen equipment (and a kettle!) that allowed us to have breakfast before venturing out. The property was so quiet I was surprised to see other guests staying there!! Grocery store, petrol, bars and restaurants are close by. Downtown was a very easy 20 minute walk and felt completely safe returning late at night. If I ever return to Nashville, I am convinced I will return to this property.

CanadaWhen we arrived at 5:30 pm our room was not ready. The clerk said at this time she could not provide an upgrade but would text us when the room was ready. We said we did not have our phones on because we were outside Canada. She said she would email us. We went downtown and received a message two hours later. This was not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. We asked to speak to the manager the next day because we wanted a discount. The clerk went in the back and relayed our message but the manager would not come out to speak to us which we found strange. He was clearly available. Anyway after several follow-ups we received a $60 refund on our room for that night.
The location was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. The room was great and had everything we needed including a corkscrew in the drawer! The walk-in closet was definitely a plus. The area, Music Row is developing with bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely modern apartment. Kitchen was perfect. Massive fridge freezer with ice maker and water. Coffee machine, microwave, cooker. Cozy little table for eating, living room with TV. We used to move the tv into the bedroom as there was only 1 in the apartment. We didn’t mind. Bathroom was great and had a washer and dryer. Great for us who have been travelling for many weeks to catch up on laundry. A massive walk in wardrobe with plenty of shelves. Everything you need for sure. Check in process was easy. The staff were friendly. The location is next .to a few bars on music row. It’s about 20 mins walk to Broadway bars and that area. There’s plenty of E scooters and bikes about though which almost halves the journey. We used them every day. Also a whole foods a few minutes walk. The tailgate brewery round the corner is great.
