I could overlook the 3A fire alarm on our first evening... But, no network/cable television to catch up on football or news - there was a tv there but not hooked up to any cable. So bring your own streaming services! Also, the bed was one of the cheapest and most uncomfortable I’ve been on in recent times!

We needed more towels and it would be nice to have sitting furniture on the small balcony. Other than that, everything was great!

The location was close to everything & only about 5 minutes from downtown/bridgestone arena about 15 minutes from Opry mills & 20 from Cool springs mall.

Room service is only other day :(. We booked for 4 nights and no one serviced the room. Bins were full, towels needed replacing and the bed could do with new sheets. That is all that is wrong, the place is great, Location is fine

Found the heating/ air con a little difficult to control. Winter time, so got a little chilly at times.

Location good, central to both Broadway and the fun bars and music, and to the West End and its lovely park. Apartment was excellent, spacious, comfy bed, very good facilities, I.e. dishwasher and tablets, laundry facilities. Good enough equipped kitchen. Felt really relaxed here. Staff really friendly and helpful.

This is a bit picky, the pillows were too plump for us we prefer a flatter pillow for our necks! But everyone is different. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable

Placemakr made the perfect basecamp for our family visit to Nashville. It’s ideal for exploring Music Row and walkable distance to downtown. Our apartment was as pictured, nice contemporary design and spacious.

N/A. Everything was perfect, and we had zero complaints!

Everything! Our room had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing! They provided pots and pans, baking dishes, some tide pods, dishsoap, etc. Our balcony was so cute, perfect for early morning coffee. The gym was great as well. Everything was clean. I LOVED being able to leave our luggage before check in, we arrived hours before check in and we got to explore without having to lug our things around. Staff was sooo incredibly nice and helpful. We are right across the street from a pizzeria and a 4 minute walk to a fun bar/ restaurant area.

The one thing that could be improved was better access to a plug near the bed for charging my phone at night.

I was **blown away** by my stay here. The location is perfect, close to everything and for much less than other spots nearby. The staff are available 24/7, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The unit exceeded expectations: Very clean, spacious, and very comfortable (the bed was so comfortable, I wanted to look for a label!) My stay was so convenient, I particularly loved that I got my check in and out info via text and even the building and unit access was via code, not a physical door key. I still can't get over that I got to stay in a huge suite for way less than my friends were paying at a nearby hotel.
