We came here for a mini moon after our wedding in April and it was perfect. I loved the fire pit at the pool to sit around at night. Pool is super nice and heated, which was great for a night swim.

You can hear the people upstairs, recommend 2nd floor room.

A very friendly atmosphere, interesting guests, a lovely pool and hot tub and nice aesthetics. The bedding was comfy and fresh and they provided a toothbrush which was nicely packaged.

Very relaxing, heated 24 hour pool with serene music and lush palm trees get the nod here. And complimentary cruiser bikes were a nice touch. A welcoming laid-back staff and great location are additional perks. I will be back.

the capri is by far one of the best hotels i've stayed at. all the small touches and gestures were noticed from the domus books in the lounge to the complimentary teas with accompanying oat milk and almond milk. they really considered the minutiae of details from the exceptionally warm welcome, lovely reception area with the fireplace, amenities, styling, the bath next to the king bed, heated pool + hot tub and complimentary bikes, we'll definitely be back.

Felt spendy but the ambiance was priceless for a CA Christmas stay!

It was vintage in a magical way! The staff was amazing and welcoming. Loved the roaring fire and festive Christmas cookies that made the stay special.

We were given a lovely second story room at the back of the hotel which was away from the road. We had requested a quiet room and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this hotel We played golf twice at Soule Park and it was just across the road.

That it was so badly Sound isolated and of you are at the bottom you hear the upstairs guest in the middle of the night. The room on the bottom are definitely too expensive regarding the thin ceilings!

better choices for alcohol - for example $16 for a small one serving can of wine was ridiculous - Modelo Beer would be a great addition - not everyone wants to drink IPA Cactus cooler would be fun and it would go with the decor - old favorite Offer the vintage classics

Please--you have such a lovely venue. But the music coming from near the reception desk was incredibly annoying. Not everyone wants to hear music all day long! Ojai is a getaway, a chance to hear the wind in the trees, be at peace. Please don't play music in the public areas all day long. We could hear it from our room with the balcony overlooking the pool area. Even when we closed all the windows, we could still hear it.

Everything was great except for the constant musak. We would go back, but don't want to put up with the constant noise.

The lobby was very welcoming. The mood was relaxing. There was palosanto burning. And our front desk agents were very polite and courteous. Even gave us great recommendations for places to dine at. I would love to go back soon! The room was spacious and aesthetically appealing.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room where I could also make a cup of tea. The bed was a little too firm, but I liked that any movement did not disrupt my partner during sleep. The comforter though soft and comfortable was a little too hot for us, especially during this warmer time of year. A light blanket with the sheet would be nice. I didn’t care for the body lotion scent.

We loved the tranquil atmosphere, the firepit by the pool, the landscaping, the clean room with the nice decor, and the close proximity to town.
