I was not aware that The Charleston Inn was no longer serving breakfast. The $10.00 voucher per person per day that we received was not sufficient to cover the cost of the breakfast and gratuity. That was disappointing.

The off sight location for breakfast was within walking distance of the Inn.

This can't be helped but I could hear the noisy traffic from the room.

I liked the fact that I could stay there and walk downtown that was very nice.. The INN was decorated nice and looked good inside. Wanted to take my wife to a nice place for our anniversary and that was the place to go.. The staff was very friendly..

There was a heavy chemical air refresher smell that would almost take our breath away and even make our eyes water. Everything was clean and fresh so the chemicals sprays were unnecessary

Very charming historic residence with a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. Convenient to the downtown area near restaurants and shops. The hosts were very welcoming and served a delicious breakfast each morning. Onsite parking an added perk.

Can’t think of anything, loved our stay!

The property was in a great location, just a short walk to downtown Hendersonville. Our room was clean and offered everything we needed. Everyone was very friendly and breakfast each morning was delicious! It was just a great atmosphere and we enjoyed meeting other guests.

The location was wonderful, right on the edge of the historic downtown. The huge front porch with plenty of rocking chairs was so inviting and enjoyable to sit on. The bed was comfortable. The decor was very much in keeping with the historic feel of the home. Breakfast was delicious. I hadn’t slept much the night before and was very much in need of a nap. Kathy was very accommodating with an early check in which isn’t typically done.

Kathy & Tom are excellent hosts . Don’t hesitate to book the Charleston Inn A++++++ If you are looking at a B&B,then the Charleston is the one. I have never stayed at cleaner and organized B&B. A step back in time re-done to full comfort.

My friend is vegan and there were no options really for her for breakfast, which is understandable but still a little disappointing. There were also sirens all night and in the mornings, which is out of the control of the place but still it was just a little jarring.

I loved the porch most of all, it was so relaxing to sit outside and read quietly with the breeze and the squirrels. I really liked the decor inside as well as the comfortable bed.

Room air conditioner . Traffic was loud on porch and sometimes at night although that was not their fault as traffic diverted one night.
