We really had no major complaints! Other than the oven being confusing to use. Also wish there was extra sets of bath towels.

Stayed with three couples while in town for a wedding. Location was perfect - right next door to an awesome new restaurant and around the corner from fresh bagels! Neighborhood was quite but walking distance to everything. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was key for staying with 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses and anything else you might need to make snacks. Host was very responsive and helpful with accommodating our requests. Would absolutely stay there again!

The only thing I can say I didn't like was the size of bathroom and no place for your toiletries or cosmetics but that was just because of layout so was understandable.

Everything was wonderful. Only areas of improvement I can think of was the internet tv was way too slow to work but we didn’t need it. One of the bed mattresses was pretty soft and we kind of sagged to the middle.

The location, beautiful furnishings and cleanliness were great. 3 bed and 3 bath unit. Not huge for 6 people but perfect for 3 or 4. If you don’t plan to be in unit much, 6 is fine. A little removed from the hustle and bustle of King St, etc. easy Uber $10-$15 to all, but very walkable. The first floor does hear footsteps and plumbing from above but that’s not easily solved and wasn’t a deal breaker. Our upstairs neighbors were up at 4am. Maybe an early flight home. We were there two nights and was an only issue on departure day. There were a number of nice breakfast spots close by. Add 123 Spring Coffee to your list! Great restaurant in the front yard! Lovely for cocktails or a meal. Make reservations ahead of time wherever you dine! Would definitely stay here again. We could have cooked a gourmet meal here with the induction oven! Well done to the owners and staff! Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a nice touch.

Such a beautifully renovated historic property! Very clean and well-maintained. We loved the separate entrance to our unit. Randall was incredibly helpful and kind. Great location too!

Everything was fantastic.

Everything! The location is perfect and the house is very comfortable. There are so many good restaurants and coffee shops within 2-3 blocks (we loved holy city bagels, sugar, babas on cannon, island provisions, pink bellies) and it is only a 7 minute walk from king street. Randall is such a wealth of knowledge and was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was beautiful! The details of the decor were top notch. The owners were very hospitable and very easy to work with. They were very attentive and willing to help any way they could. We will be staying at the Charleatonian again in the future!

Cramped. We were there for Thanksgiving, and there is VERY little counter space and virtually no kitchen storage. Second bedroom is a bed in an alcove with no door or even a curtain. Also, I am responsible for taking the garbage out and stripping the beds at home, I really don't want to pay for the pleasure of doing that on vacation!

I loved the copper and wood touches to the decor — multiple comfortable spaces — felt safe — it was impeccably clean and right across the street from Holey City Bagels (great coffee)
