Parking garage. My car was broken in to along with 31 other cars. I had personal property stolen. We had to travel 2 hours home with plastic on our window. The sound was loud and obnoxious and the air was cold. Not a nice ride home.

The scent machine in the lobby is powerful and strong - caused an allergic reaction after being in the lounge area for about an hour.

I was charged twice for reservation thank goodness I caught it right away but took 7 days to credit my card.

Too cold and sterile design, and not within walking distance of attractions and overpriced too. Signage from rooms for directions up to the Rooftop Bar was poor. Will not stay here again as not worth the room rate.

We had an Eggs Benedict at the restaurant on main lobby area. Was not good at all! Didn't even finish our food. Everything else definitely made up for the one issue. We were definitely happy with our stay and will go back. Next time we will try the coffee bar instead though.

the rooms are not well insulated and you can hear all sorts of noises in the hallway, we even blared a brown noise app and were still woken up many times from odd noises

The TV kept returning to the guide screen on its own which made it hard to watch. There were no wash rags in the bathroom and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were almost empty.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice, clean and had a huge TV in it. The rooftop bar and other facilities are really nice. Beautiful hotel. We walked everywhere we went. Front desk was very professional. My second stay here.

Absolutely everything was perfect — the location, the ambiance, the temperature, the staff, the amenities, etc. The only downfall is that the fire alarm went off around 2:30AM and the entire hotel had to evacuate, which made for a semi tough rest of the night. Additionally, and I may be a rookie here, but there was an extra $50.00 hold charged on my card in case damages happened; however this information was not disclosed upon my check—in, but rather I noticed it on my statement. When it comes to charges on my card, I try to keep a close eye. I think additional fees and charges should’ve been better communicated but, other than that, it really was an excellent stay and we will be back!

Good from roof top bar/grille was TRASH!!! No flavor. Not hot. Paid way too much for good that i didn’t eat.

The shower floor looked dirty. Couldn't figure out the lamp in the room. Took ac all evening to cool room down. Heard thumbing all day Saturday sounded like someone being body slammed all day. Elevators do not have air condition.The bump in the parking garage can damage your car.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Up the rd "literally" from downtown (on the main rd) & close to interstate. Room was clean. Love Love Love the tempered glass shower. The door was opened for us each time we arrived with the greeting "welcome back."

Rooms and food overpriced ($150 for dinner for 2, $50 for breakfast for two). Had issues with room rate and package from Booking.com being recognized at the hotel, spent over an hour with 3 different staff members straightening out our billing issues. Valet parking is street parking. Main restaurant closes at 9pm on Friday night. Elevators are not air-conditioned. Soundproofing is needed. We could hear neighbors and people in the hallway all night.

We love staying at Hilton Curios. Room was nice with views of the mountains. Food was great.

Beds were too soft for my bad back. Maids woke us early - make sure to use the do not disturb sign.
