We had an issue with our room upon arrival but Denny, house employee, immediately resolved it. He was very good and understanding. Just remember, do NOT get room No. 6...way to small. Other than that, the facility was very nice, convenient and breakfast was very good. They have a coffee maker with LOTS of choices. Go, you won't be disappointed.

If they could vacuum/clean the floors and there were hairs at the bottom of shower stall that weren’t ours . Otherwise everything was great and we’d return !

Toiletries, if they were just a little fancier, it would be the icing on the cake. The mini fridge was not plugged in and it was inefficient. These are just suggestions. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I did NOT want to leave. I was made to feel that this was MY HOME!

Breakfast was excellent. Service was excellent. That EVERY need and request was met with utter exceptionalism and I am VERY picky.

Except for the minor gripe above, everything was great.

The Clarendon is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. It is much more personal and welcoming. José is a wonderful host - friendly, helpful, and available. The room we had was good size for such an old building, and you have to make allowances for what had to be a created private bath - small sink and not a lot of room, but that probably doesn't bother most people the way it does my husband! The bed was very comfortable and there is adequate surface and drawer space for two. The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the center of town within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches. The breakfast is described as "continental," but that doesn't do it justice. It is much more than pastries and coffee.

Lovely breakfast. Lovely host (thank you for being so nice!). The room was small but frankly, P-Town is for exploring and the location is so perfect, you will want to explore for the whole day and night!

Literally everything - we had such a great time - we booked the smallest room which was very cozy. You have everything you need in walking distance, the breakfast was very good and we just felt very welcome in general. Definitely recommend this place - greetings to Jose from Niko and Cornelia!

Breakfast was amazing. Every morning fresh pastries, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, fruit, juice etc The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The owner, Jose, is very friendly. Always ready to have a nice conversation! Very accommodating as well. We were scheduled to check out Monday morning. He didn’t have any one booked for that day so he let us stay as long as we wanted and let us keep our car parked on the property. Overall, I would rate the Clarendon 10/10

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming! We were there out of season and got a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic location to explore Provincetown and the local area. And possibly the most comfortable bedding I’ve experienced!
