Units are a little outdated and could do with a refresh, but we could already see improvements from our last visit so they are clearly being gradually updated. The blinds were dusty and the windows clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. The biggest issue for us was the A/C - the unit was extremely noisy. Some of the external units looked new but the internal units I think are very old.

Great location, quiet and off-strip. Rooms are a great size. Washer/dryer was very helpful having a long stay at the Cliffs. Nice pool, staff are extremely accommodating. We had an issue with the bath and called in at reception, by the time we got back to our room, maintenance were already there and dealt with the issue immediately and even after offering a gratuity twice, they would not accept. I could not fault the staff or the location, we loved it!

I wish the pool was larger. It was actually pretty nice but often infested with children, which wouldn't have been a big deal if there was more space for them to spread out.

Great deal for a whole apartment. Not too far from attractions. Quiet! They have a shuttle that goes to the strip. Grocery stores and food nearby.

We found everything was absolutely ideal and have no negative experiences.

The apartments were far larger and better equipped than we expected. Everything that you would need was provided, full kitchen facilities such as laundry equipment etc. Apartments were spotless and well maintained, Pool area was great, plenty of loungers, barbecue, spa, just a nice pleasant sun trap. Staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with if you needed any info. A shuttle was provided to the Strip or nearby shopping facilities which had to be booked, which was understandable. Surrounding area seemed very safe, plenty of shops in the vicinity in case you need anything and not very far, in fact a walkable distance if you feel in the mood. We would certainly not hesitate in coming back here, yes, it is a bit away from the strip but not being party animals this was absolutely perfect for us and certainly excellent value for money.

Everything! This is my 2nd stay this year and again it was amazing the staff let us check in 6 hours early! Can’t complain about this place besides a homeless persons clothes are outside our balcony but that’s not this places fault.

You're given a list of the Shuttle taking you to the strip but you needed to call an hour in advance, even though the shuttle was there inactive simply because we didn't call. We weren't told at the beginning of checking in and only given the paper of the schedule.

The top of the dishwasher was broken and as such the dishwasher was more difficult to use.

I liked the pool, the quietness and privacy of the unit we stayed in, and how easy it was to get more needed tissues, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc just by asking for them at the front desk.

It’s minor compared to all the good things, but there was no spatula or cooking spoon to use with the pots and pans.
