I would have liked a kettle and chair in the room. I managed to get a chair after a day or two . Don’t ask reception to order you a cab! It cost me $65 to get a cab to bright line station.

the second room they moved me into was much bigger and had a balcony i liked where the hotel was actually located

my first room was dirty and I saw a roach. the food at the resteraunt next door wasn’t the best made me sick. pool was too small

Thge bed was too soft. The room waas not cleaned. the bathroon plug did not work for the hairdryer.

the insulation is terrible , I can clearly hear the next door couple making love and yelling at each other ! the check in time is very late , at 4 pm . and they don’t accept cash !

Our room was very small to accommodate 4 people. We were traveling with other couples and they had king rooms that they said were enormous, maybe these should be used for 2 double beds/ 4 people. The bathroom was so old and the tiles in the shower had been resealed so unprofessionally (thick, black sealant) that it just looked old and dirty. This hotel has so much potential but the older rooms really need to be renovated and cleaned up. The public area's were great, I think we might have just been given a very old room so I was disappointed.

The location was fantastic, very central and walking distance to everything.

When we arrived we didn’t have enough towers, on pictures the hotel looks better that what it. Not at all a 4 start venue, very doggy. Shower wasn’t working properly at 4 am a couple started argue very loud.

Elevator was broken the whole time we were there, had to go up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases.......

Nice location, decent facilities...... Next door restaurant/bar (Lemonade) great service and food.

The room I had was a bit humid , but that’s to be expected with an open balcony. I also noticed I was not supplied with wash cloths which was inconvenient when trying to wash away sand off my Body.

I had room 414 with a balcony, I was surprised by how big the room was so I think the value exceeded my expectations. It’s very close to the strip & beach so I enjoyed my stay considering it is an older hotel.

There is no parking, the room was very small and the cleaning staff was very loud in the mornings.

Poor housekeeping. My room reeked of smoke and there was ash in the windowsill and old towels stuffed behind the curtains. I was only staying one night so I put up with it. The hallways are extremely dark and it makes the place feel kind of dirty./sketchy The elevator is kind of scary. The pool is shared with a restaurant, so few seats were available. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you and in the hallway.

I was able to check in early at 11am, this was the most important thing for me. Staff was friendly and the location is great.

the suits and the photos not represente the reality of the hotel, the property needs some renovations, also in the structural, because the building is a little beat old and fragile. the location is good, three block from the beach but the neighborhood it’s strange.
