We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe entry or walkway to the reception/main office was dangerous and unsafe. The cement squares had large unfilled gaps that I tripped over. Imagine anyone elderly or handicapped trying to get to the office. Hopefully they get them filled in ASAP.

United States of AmericaMy room was across from the electricity room. In the night, there were beeping sounds. I’m a light sleeper, so I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t go back to sleep because of the beeping sound. It was a bummer because if I heard it when I checked it, I would’ve asked to change the room. But it happened in the night after I went to bed.
The bed was very comfy. Nice decoration throughout the hotel.The staff were helpful and good service mind. Only 10 mins walk to the beach. The s’more was fun.

We loved the relaxed nature of the hotel. A lovely place to chill out and brilliant facilities to prepare your own food and make drinks etc. Every evening they have a happy hour and free s’mores to toast on the fire pits. The staff were all so helpful in recommending the best things to do and making us feel so welcome.

The overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and the amenities like S'mores at night and jacuzzi was perfect addition to the stay. Our building was a little off to the side and the construction going on during the stay was a bit disruptive. However, for the price and the quality, this hotel is definitely good.

United KingdomAs it is a motel you can hear outside though easy to solve with earplugs and same in all.motels. The lighting is low so if you plan to work this could be an issue.
It's a great motel in a good spot. The pool is wonderful and warm. The staff are wonderful and friendly. We had a great time there. The beds are really comfortable. We had a great stay.

The hotel had activities for the guests which made it easier to talk to people who were also staying in the same hotel. The hot tub and heated pool were my favorite amenities.

Amazing location walking distance to everything!!! Florencia the receptionist was very friendly and was able to get us a room early check in. The hotel is so nice we enjoyed the pool and s’mores by the fire place. Will come back for sure.

I stayed at The Coachman for nine nights and it was one of the best experiences I have had staying at a hotel. This is coming from someone who has been traveling for the last eight years to 28 different countries. The staff are super friendly and incredibly accommodating. My favorite parts of my day were hanging out in the lobby/bar area in the morning sipping on mimosas and eating breakfast before walking the short distance to the Gondola and in the evening after getting off the slopes enjoying a glass of wine and getting to know the staff and other guests. The hot tub and heated pool were a huge plus and we used them nearly every night to relax and unwind. The price and location cannot be beat with all of the great amenities that are provided. I really just wanted to move in by the end of my stay here. I would absolutely stay here again during my next visit to South Lake Tahoe!

Modern and unusual room design, fresh renovation, cleanliness in the room, comfortable beds, heated toilet) The hotel near the reception has a dining area with a microwave oven and utensils where you can heat up your food. It is very comfortable. The lobby features a bar, fireplace and board games. Good location of the hotel, close to the beach, many cafes nearby, and a few minutes to the ski resort. United States of Americawe put the house cleaning service sign on the door knot but there is no housekeeping service during our stay (3 days). It will be nice if there is more choice on coffee/tea bag in the room. the sofa bed needs to replace as i can feel the mattress coil poking my back and is really uncomfortable :-(.
