Washer was new but the dryer is very, very old and loud so it took forever for the clothes to dry and it was extemely loud.

Location was great. Walking distsnce to everything. Right in the beach. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Extra blankets and pillows provided. Kitchen provided all essentials. Great security. Helpful staff.

Carefully read the check-out instructions and regulations for the apartment. These are strict rules which each would cost a considerable amount of money if not followed. Just be mindful of them.

Location right beside the beach with a stunning view. Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The apartment was clean and tidy.

I think the person who gives you your keys, etc should the be on the back side of the 2nd floor. Ad said someone would be there to greet you and give you keys between 4 and 5. Had to call and prompts didnt get me to anyone. Finally got in with another guest and found the office.I think there should be a front desk person there all the time like most other hotels. Door locked, but they could open from inside where they stay. Ceiling in bathroom in room 304 above tub peeling significantly.

The spaciousness of the unit. Like being in your own home, only nicer. Ocean view stunning. The night guard Kathy is amazing. You can tell she loves her job. She goes above and beyond. Decor nice. Everything clean on arrival with additions like aluminum foil and plastic wrap in a drawer

The mattress in the master bedroom needed to be replaced. It was massively caved in and I didn't sleep well the entire time I was there. Also they had someone clean the vents while we were there, and they blew dust and mold all over the place. They did clean it up the best they could, but that should have been done when there weren't people renting the condo.

It was ok. There's a small window to get there to get the keys at 4pm - 5pm. You miss that then you have to wait for the night watch to show up. (so I was told.)

The one elevator was out of service. We never did rent a condo before so we were unaware of what was needed. I think a list of what is in the rooms would help us understand what we need to bring.

The one bedroom for my kids was missing a door which was odd. Also, when we arrived there was a gnat problem that everyone seemed to have. Found a home remedy on YouTube that helped.

Loved the view. I have never been to Virginia Beach but have been to the jersey beaches which are very busy if you have a place overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. The view was very calm and enjoyable for me.

One of the elevators was non-functional when we were there, so had some inconvenient elevator waits. Also, the parking spaces are unconfortably tight.

Our tub didn't drain properly, or our one sink. But They tried to fix it right away!! One of the elevators wasn't working so it was kinda a pain waiting for your turn in the elevator. No crabs at the beach at night! Not a whole lot of sea shells either.

Loved the location. Right next to everything!! The people working at the colony were super nice.

The condo had some very cheap old TV's. The furniture and decor was old from the 90's and needs to be updated.

I did not like that you had to check in at four and if you was not there by 5 o’clock, they closed until 8 o’clock, so there was no room for us to be able to check in 20 minutes late. I had to have my niece come and get the keys for us so that we would not get locked out until 8 o’clock.
