I think the location of the hotel was very good for walking in the town.

The mattress was not comfortable. The bed area was by the entrance to the room and we could literally hear everyone in the hallway whether shouting or just speaking in a normal voice. I was assuming that they could hear us as well! (We were having a spur of the moment couples getaway.)

Very nice well kept property in the heart of Lake Geneva. Great location walking distance to the lake and everything downtown/shops/restaurants. Very clean and nice condos.

Housekeeping trying to enter the room to clean at 9 am check out is at 11 . We even had our do not disturb sign on the door . When I opened the door I said hi , check out isn’t until 11 right or did I misunderstand . Just ruff getting awakened by someone trying to enter your room . Scary for all female party.

It’s close to downtown , family friendly , roomy and affordable.

Assigned us the room next to the elevator without asking us if it would be ok. Would not honor their current sale price. Charged me more fees upon arrival. How could I just walk away at that point? They had me in a vice.

The staff lacked empathy for a disabled guest The staff was uninformed; “learning as they go” resulting in unnecessary inconveniences for me as a resort guest Lots of rules to memorize; in room refrigerator needs replacing as the food never reached the appropriate temperature to keep butter solid beverages Chilled and ice cubes from melting in the freezer.

The resort is convenient to all downtown attractions and restaurants. The resort’s proximity to restaurants, the lake and public library can’t be beat

The heat would not turn off, sooo hot. Even when we shut it completely off! Also a bedroom with a door would be nice for the little ones that go to bed early.

3 girlfriends meeting from different locations in the off season, barely anyone there, policy to pay extra $20 for an additional parking spot, fine when parking lot is full in prime. tackstrip exposed between kitchen tile and carpet into eating area should be maintained a bit better. Could have used a map to navigate the interior of the facility.

There are no rooms with two beds as stated, There is a queen bed, and a stiff sofa bed pull out. Our refridgerator did not work and we lost food in it because it was cold when we left the room. They quickly replaced it with another non-working fridge freezer. There was NO hot tub as stated in the room description. The staff said they remodeled but didnt take it out of the description yet.

The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is in a great location. People are friendly there. There is a huge pool. There is a high priced restaurant on location with good food. The housekeepers are fast and friendly. The maintanance is fast and friendly. The kitchen area is spacious and nice with an oven, stove, kurig, and fridge and freezer although ours didnt work.

The location was great for the Winterfest sculptures. Our room was spacious and accommodating to gather friends for small get togethers.

TV in the living area clunked out after two hours of having it on. Luckily there was another TV in the room. Staff workers were right outside my door at 6am having a loud conversation which went on for more than 15mins.

I had all the amenities and space I needed. Parked right outside the door, so easy access to the building. Bed was comfortable.

Big pool with great proximity to restaurants. Also has a coffee bar for breakfast and restaurant for lunch/dinner so very convenient. Every staff member was friendly. Kitchenette appreciated and the little balcony would be great in better weather.

The mattress.and sofa could definitely be more comfortable. The tub is older and the base of it was softer underfoot in some areas than others. The unit itself was very clean and provisions were sufficient, but the furniture was not very comfortable for sleeping.

The facility is lovely and the location is optimal.

My suite was clean and all, but lots of deferred maintenance mostly cosmetic…painting, repairs , chipped paint, an antiquated tv that needs to be updated to the 21st century, And needed just generally a little love

Everything was great.

The room was excellent - we had a Dover Loft room and my daughter loves sleeping in the loft. The hotel was clean and quiet.
