Fire pits were out of gas.

Amazing place for kids! They have a clubhouse room with shuffle ball, TV and all kinds of games. The rooms were very modern and the beds extremely comfortable. We walked most of the town from the room. Great outside seating with swings and fire pits. I would definitely stay again! 10 out of 10

Decor was cool and had an interesting vibe. The game room was really fun, with a foosball and shuffleboard table. The outdoor area was very inviting. All the staff was very nice!

I would’ve preferred a coffee pot to a teapot, because there was no way to make coffee except to see it like tea which does not work for coffee if you want it strong. I also would prefer there be a microwave in the room so that we could’ve gotten Frozen dinners and spent less on meals out every night. That is something I look for when I’m staying in a room. Also they need to have supplies. We ran out of hot water cups and they were not replaced and we were there for three nights, and we ran out on the first night because we do enjoy a hot cup of tea Those should’ve been replaced. As well as any sugar that was used or creamer for tea—All should’ve been replaced and it never was. And the fact that you could go into the supply room yourself is probably why it was always empty. Other customers were taking way too much and not leaving anything for anybody else.

The staff was amazing, very kind. The room was nice, and clean. Off street parking was a major bonus especially in Salem.

I wished it could have been closer to the attractions. Maybe have different games in the gameroom. A pool area or hot tub would have been great.

I absolutely just loved the entire set up of the king suite room! very comfortable room just as much as the couch/ tv area. Also, the fact that its right in the middle of downtown so food spots, convenient store, shopping center, boutiques, museums, exhibits, and more within walking distance so you reallylly don't need to spend extra money on Ubers or taxi's. Better yet you don't have to use your car risking losing your parking spots so its nice to know everything was like a 5 minute walk no more no less. BIG shout out to Tim !!! he was such GREAT help and went above and beyond to be extra helpful and super kind

Love the location just about a mile from the center of Salem, easy walk into town. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in the Ice Castle room and it did not disappoint. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Lights outside my window were very bright all night even with blackout curtains closed. Not a big deal but couldn’t tell if it was day or night when I woke up in the middle of the night.

Property was up to date, clean and close to local Salem attractions with a four min drive.

Absolutely nothing to not love!

The room we had was a beautifully decorated suite with two rooms so my sister and I each had a bed and the kids had their own space on the sofa bed. Everything was amazing! I’m so sad I didn’t have time to soak in the spectacular size bathtub!

It seems like there are still a few kinks to work out as a new hotel. One day we returned to the hotel late afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned. They say housekeeping between 11-5, but the cleaners’ cart wasn’t even close to our room. Finally a bit before 5:00 I requested clean towels and toilet paper form the from desk. The man working was extremely helpful, but I don’t think housekeeping would have ever come our way. Not enough staff? On the one day our room was cleaned, it was very minimal. Beds weren’t even touched, though that was listed as part of what they would do. We were also disappointed that neither fire pit was working, while understandable, it would’ve been nice to have been told that upfront. Along with ourselves we saw several guests trying to use them.

We loved the outdoor patio area as well as the game room indoors. Both were perfect spots to relax as a family in the afternoons. We booked a queen suite and, while it was tight with the pullout couch pulled out, it worked well for our family (2 parents and 2 teenagers.) Having a little dining table and mini fridge helped with breakfast time! This was a birthday trip for my daughter and staff left her cupcake and a card!
