The room was very cold when we got there and it was difficult to get it warmed up. It seemed to stay at a set temperature and I couldn’t adjust it any higher.

The rooms are much smaller than on photos, and was facing a loud roadstreet.

The location is super close to Stanford University, and has nice and comfy beds. The coffee was offered by the property and free of charge (very tasty!). There was a heated swimming pool and free parking.

it would be nice if the "free breakfast" was specifically mentioned as "grab & go" type of fare It would be nice if the amenity fee actually spelled out workout room. Sadly, we were not aware of it till checkout.

Liked the bed and bedding. Liked the robes in the closet. nice sized refrigerator with space for our personal supplies magnifying mirror in bathroom our particular room had a nice view of greenery The opening window was welcome option !

It surely needs a bit of renovation. When 4 people are in the room amenities should also be for 4!

Very nice, peaceful garden. As we were on a toad trip the laundry room was a great addition. The breakfast was small but still enough to have a good start for the day.

The room smell. I am allergic to whatever they spry it with between customers. My eyes watered and my nose itched for my whole stay. I was really looking forward to a bathtub. I was disappointed that there was no bathtub... only an middle overhead shower that I could not use without getting my hair wet.

I LOVED the bed and the pillows and the linens. I want some for my own house! I loved that there was a refrigerator and a hot water brewer for my tea. I loved the balcony. I loved the extraordinary quiet... I have never been in such a quiet hotel. Thank you.

The room was nice. Soothing art, comfortable bed, and a nice view from the balcony. The water refill station has high-quality water.

We only had coffee the first day inner room. Then, it was never replenished. poor service in that regard.

We didn’t like room service knocking on door before 9am. Also the water fountains outside were really loud inside the room, but on the bright side it was white noise to focus on to try to sleep.

Advertising that the property offers breakfast is not really accurate. Only a couple of yogurts and some pastries if you get lucky and they are not gone.

The garden is nice, with a well-tended landscape. The room was clean.

Breakfast area is basically the front desk. A separate facility should be built on site for the many guests coming in the morning for breakfast.

-Easy check-in process: everything was prepared and ready for arrival of the guests. -Laundry room and fitness center opened late.

Older smaller room but was still a very nice place to stay.

The room was clean and nice. The garden was the best part. So nice to walk through on the way to get coffee in the morning. Or even just looking out the window was a pleasure.

There's the pretty photos around one set of buildings, then there's the 5 story monolith building not in the property photos that feels like old apartments on the outside and doesn't have the lower water views shown. Currently no main dining, but the cafe on the property is excellent.

It is clean and well kept on the inside. Value is good. Scenery is okay. No troubles, just expected more from the photos.

landscaping and some quiet rooms in back … the housekeepers and staff were great … SUPER refillable HEALTHY water machine saving waste! excellent!!!
