We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Always enjoy staying here, it’s easy walking distance from everything in The Dalles, from the river trail, the neon museum, Sunshine BISCUITS to great places to get a cup of coffee and/or eat.

United States of AmericaThey didn’t have quarters for the laundry facilities and the ice machine didn’t work. Also I had hoped to stay in the main hotel I asked for an upper floor which I had stayed in before the elevator was out of service but I didn’t mind the stairs. Plus had access to a dining hall for breakfast. This time I was charged 30$ more and stayed in the second building not even attached to main hotel parking was tight breakfast was in the main building and gone by 620 when I left for work I understand doing renovations but I would have liked to fells more welcomed

United States of AmericaLearning a new computer system so it made it difficult to get a correct room key. Attempts had been made at upgrading the rooms but not really in great repair. Also understandable if the property is in building transition/renovation.
Loved the history of the property, the location of the propriety, and the staff were very kind. Looking forward to seeing what the completed renovation looks like.

United States of AmericaThe heater in the room blew on both beds in the room and awakened light sleepers like my wife and I every time it came on...all night long... Also, the conditioner dispenser in the shower wasn't functional. And the breakfast was not very appealing. The staff assured us that as soon as the remodel was done all that would change, but if I had not required two beds due to catching a bug and not wishing to infect my wife, I would try some other well rated hotel inThe Dalles.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic regarding the remodeling they are currently working on.

I like the room and what’s in it. The room was good. The breakfast area was also clean, as well as the food serving area and the food was great for kids.

The Hotel ist located at the end of the downtown area in walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as to the waterfront of the Columbia river. The staff was very friendly upon checking in and the breakfast was o.k. The rooms are of good size and clean. Around the corner, there is a great restaurant/brew pub: Clock Tower Ales.

United States of AmericaIt is an older motel and the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. I didn't have time to use it anyway, but they had an outdoor pool, but it wasn't open.
They had a very nice breakfast room, and the food choices were also good. The room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
