It was beautiful 2 pools 2 hot tubs. Well kept grounds. Condo felt like home to us. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Lower unit and close to driveway for rest of community. Kitchen utensils need updating and no sheet trays for oven.

Hot tub wasn't hot. In fact it was quite cold. I specifically asked office at check in about the hours for the hot tub. One would assume they should have told me that the hit tub was broken

Nice size condo with a well equipped kitchen. Nice chairs on deck outside. The view is if the parking lot. It was very quiet but that may be the time of the year. The bed was super comfortable. Even my husband slept much longer than usual. Nice water pressure in shower. Easy walk to.the seawall. The owner was very responsive

The condo was not super clean. The hide a bed needed some tweeking by my husband before our grandson could sleep on it. It appeared to have been jumped on as some of the bars were bent.

We arrived at the Dawn via taxi. We had come off a cruise ship so wanted somewhere to stash our luggage until we could get into the condo. the staff in the clubhouse were most helpful in this.

That area was safe, semi quiet. The condo had what we needed and there was somewhere close to go if we forgot something. The beach was beautiful .

The dryer needs a new heating element. The seal around the shower door needs replaced. Water does leak out onto the floor. The notes say there were hangers but luckily I travel with my own because there were only 3.

Great location from the ocean and access points to return back from the ocean to the pool. Felt safe in a gated complex. Condo is spacious for a family of 4

The property has a pool and is right across from a beach yet there is no pool towels or beach items. We had to purchase our own when we arrived. The pictures are outdated and make the property look better than it does in person.

The location was excellent and it is very easy to access the beach across the street. The pool was very well kept. The master bed is very comfortable and the washer/dryer is a big plus while being on vacation.

Katerina was very helpful and kind, I am very grateful to her for accommodating us last minute and assisting me after I accidentally left some property of mine in her condo. My sons enjoyed the pool very much, couldn’t get them out!

The pull out couch and small fold out bed were a bit uncomfortable for my kiddos. My smaller kiddo chose to sleep in the chair instead of the fold out bed. And my older son would flop around for a while on the squeaky couch pull out. They did sleep well once they got situated though. Also, GPS would take us to the office of the condos. Instead, follow the directions from the host and look for "The dawn" sign. Easy to miss!

I loved the setup of the room! Usually when we book a room like this, we struggle as a family of 4 to get changed and keep our privacy lol. There are 2 doors to the bathroom. One leading from a small laundry area, and one from the bedroom. So we all had our own small spaces to get changed. Would definitely stay here again! Also, our hosts were very quick to respond and happy to answer our questions.

Nothing everything was absolutely amazing!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! This condo has everything you need it truly is your home away from home. We are a family of 4 with two little girls and there was plenty of room for us. The staff and facility was great. The pool was AMAZING and beautiful and I loved the hot tub at night! The location was fantastic right across the street from Walmart and close to all the restaurants and attractions on Seawall Blvd. This was our first time staying in a condo and I couldn't believe how awesome it was. This was our first year to go to the aquarium at Moody Garden's and it was only 5 minutes away. Absolutely the best family vacation to Galveston yet we can't wait for next year! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.
