Lack of kitchen and bath supplies . Serving of 4 for 5 people for 6 nights. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer. No streaming capabilities, cable only with no guide to follow for scheduling of shows. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 4 towels. 4 washcloths.. 2 trashbags. We booked for a week and had to purchase kitchen supplies, paper products, and bathroom towels to use. Parking is on the opposite side of the property. No amenities like a pool or fitness room; yet an amenities key was announced in booking and confirmation. Minimalist of accommodations for typical beach condo pricing.

The room was dirty I had to clean it in order to stay there was pubic hair everywhere. I didn’t have a choice, but to stay since everything was sold out due to the event, I would not recommend this place wonderful location, but the room was filthy. The bed even had a yellow stain on the side of the blankets, had to go blankets in order for me to sleep in the bed.

That I couldn't utilize my two balconies that were covered with bird feces. That no housekeeper came to clean it even though that's what I requested. I didn't like that there was other discrepancies wrong with the room. I didn't like the fact that both pools, spa, and gym were closed even though when I booked the room it never mentioned any of that. So in a way it's false advertising. Also false information given from Vacassa staff who informed me that a cleaning crew would be arriving to clean off the balconies. I tried to iron my clothes before going out and even the Iron was broken !! How can you charge $250 dollars per night and have the room looking the way it did? It was embarrassing to have my friend over.

The facilities were in really bad condition. The room was dirty and appliances rusty. Beds were broken and uncomfortable. The door lock was difficult to lock. The local team was helpful. The parking lot was always full.

Everything it was horrible!!! 0 stars horrible place! Do not stay there! The room itself wasn’t bad they just need to upgrade the bed and tv for sure!! And leave a set of 2 towels if a tenant is staying longer than 2 days. The facility smells moldy and like smoke! The parking is horrible if you arrive after 10-11 pm you won’t find parking unless someone leaves. They leave laundry area but it requires quarters and there is nowhere to get change!! I had to walk a block just to get quarters from the bar and grill luckily the bartender was nice enough to open the door for me cuz it was closed already as it was past 11 pm. We didn’t want to drive cuz we would lose our parking spot that we were lucky to find. The room did not even have one long mirror only mirror was the one in the restroom which is difficult when you have people showering and you need to be getting ready at the same time so that backed us up as well. The Peoria looks like a Warzone. It’s horrible. They have an indoor pool but it’s not open to the public. There’s no beach access to the hotel you have to walk around don’t stay here it’s not worth your money. It was a horrible experience but it was my first time to Daytona For my daughter’s cheer competition, so I surely learned my lesson!!! oh, and one last thing when you fill the tub up the water looks green it’s disgusting. Maybe it was the tub that gave it that color but I just wanted to leave and I couldn’t because I had already booked my stay months in advance so it was already paid for last minute rentals were super expensive!l

The only thing nice about the property was that you could see the ocean from the bed but you could also see the roof roof of the rest of the condos that were lower than yours and all the air-conditioning units and all the ugly roof that needs to be replaced!

Sadly there were many things I didn’t like about the property. I would have loved to enjoy the balcony but it and the chairs were covered in pigeon poop. The doo to balcony stuck and was very difficult to open-thought my teens who put towels on chairs to sit outside and read were stuck on balcony. NONE of the pools or hot tubs inside or outside worked…. This was a highlight of what we can down from cold Michigan to enjoy. The bed in the bedroom to the let I honestly feel was broken- very uncomfortable. Huge divit in middle of bed, woke up with sore back every morning-almost chose floor as a more comfortable place to sleep. The door to apartment sticks horribly to say the least. Scratches against floor and needed to be slammed in order to close. 1 cup/glass was provided but we bought plastic silverware, paper plates and paper towel to eat with. Silverware in number for the registered guests you have would have been helpful. We received correspondence for balcony noise but not for closed amenities, no assistance at front desk and the washer and dryer situation was a joke. People leaving their clothes in dryer making it difficult to wash and dry without playing musical elevators to floors 2-5 to get laundry done.

I enjoyed having a balcony that was ocean view, room was clean.
