Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe hotel is a bit outdated. I was with my partner so the shower window to the room didn't matter to us, but it could be awkward depending on who you travel with. I was expecting a better view from 12th floor.
The room is big and even though it is in the middle of Downtown it is very quiet on floor 12. DTLA is not a beautiful area but the location is convenient to do all attractions in the East.

United KingdomIt was a shame the rooftop pool was not available.
The hotel was in a good position for downtown attractions and was a walkable distance to the convention center. The hotel was also close to the 7th Street metro station for trips further afield. The hotel has an old-style look to it but it has all the modern conveniences required. It was useful having the bar and restaurant available.

United States of AmericaThe light over the bed did not work. However, I did not have time to report it because I was busy traveling to and from the events that I was attending at a conference at a nearby hotel within walking distance.
Denea’s Diner was a plus for me. I had breakfast and a late night dinner. Food and service were excellent!

United KingdomThe glass partition for the shower. Thought it was very open if you wasn’t sharing a room with your partner. Our bathroom would sometimes smell strongly of cannabis as if someone was smoking in their room. The area around I felt unsafe of a night as there was alot of homeless.
It’s very up to date and stylish. Restaurant is gorgeous too. Also very clean.

United KingdomFriendly staff and clean room. Shower in the room had a glass wall visible from the rest of the room, so wouldn't be great for non-couples, but otherwise lovely. Centrally located so easy to get around the city and downtown.

PolandIt would be great if there was a water dispenser and a kettle in the room
Very classy, very chic downtown LA hotel. Awesome breakfasts, the diner is top quality. Spacious rooms, good facilities. Please be aware that the bathroom is separated from the room only by the glass walls, but I understand this is the concept. Overall very much recommended.

Hong KongThe building looks old. The passenger elevators are heritage. The room renovation is ok. I did not find any convenient stores or food places nearby. You can find some food places about next 3 blocks.
The location is good. There is a car park attached to the hotel. Valet USD55 per day. Self parking USD30 per day. There are one bar and one cafe at the lobby. The food is good and reasonable price. We had Fish and chips and spaghetti on the first day and different types of breakfast in the morning. Room size is reasonably big. The bathroom is big. The shower facility is good and strong hot water power. The room cleaning service is alternative day. They provide extra towels. The lobby main door will be closed at 8pm. You need to use your room card to open the door.

United States of AmericaWalls between rooms are paper thin and I don’t know what bar or club is around or in the building but one of the nights the vibration in the room from the music was insane until late and a day later, another loud night with music until after 4am.. I was on the 4th floor and seems like you need to pay an extra to go to the upper floors. Not a great place if you need a good night of sleep, you’ll just be tired in the morning.
Close to metro, close to financial district if you’re looking to be near that and a few nice museums. The hotel looks nice!
