Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is in a great location! Everything was walkable from the hotel. The hotel also provides two bikes for its guests which is great. We rode around the whole historical district on bikes, and it was very enjoyable! The rooms were always clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! We slept like babies in those beds. they were also serving bottomless, sparkling wine in the lobby, which was great! We also got a $10 per day coupon to use in any restaurant bar or coffee shop in the hotel which we thought was very nice.

They could have told me that there were several parking garages that would have cut my 1 day valet parking expense from $48 to $24. I also found it odd that you had to go to the front desk to get ice. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice on every floor for it's guests.
Great location and the rooms were very nice and very clean. The first room had a TV that wouldn't change from the weather channel so the staff moved my cousin and I to a new room. All was great after the move. We walked every where we wanted to go once we got to the hotel so that was a plus as well.

One small, high window in the room (although it did look towards City Hall). The brasserie hours for lunch were listed until 2pm but they stop serving at 1:30pm and asked us to go to the rooftop bar instead.
3 restaurants to choose from on site, along with snack options in the room. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to all the sites.

TV on the side wall was a little annoying
Really nice hotel, great location and they left fizz and chocolates in our room after my sister told them we recently got engaged. Small issue with the bill but it was resolved quickly.

The only issue that I had was that the front desk staff, while very lovely weren’t that knowledgeable about places to go and dining. Very polite and helpful and extremely nice! That wasn’t a big deal at all. Also should have a table between the beds.

Would have liked a larger bedside table for one of the double beds. There was one decent size and one small round table.
Excellent location. Charming hotel, loved the retro vibe in the rooms. Very clean. Lovely bathroom. Great bathroom amenities. Breakfast good, and lots of choice. Nice short walk to the riverside, great for an evening stroll.

The shower just had a curtain and would soak the bathroom floor . There was no one to help us with our luggage so we struggled a bit . There was no restroom in the lobby area you either had to go downstairs or back to your room.
Location, very clean , very nice staff. Loved the rooftop bar!

Beautifully decorated, amazing location, walking distance to everything, safe area, comfy bed, employees consistently went above and beyond, breakfast was absolutely delicious, and had great experiences in both the roof top and basement bars. Will definitely stay here when I return to Savannah! Highly recommend!

The concierge continued to apply the incorrect credit card to my account after spending 15 minutes at the desk to correct. They still used incorrect card after our stay. We used valet parking and unfortunately they left the vehicle unlocked so all our loose change (approx $20) was stolen and there was a bag with empty alcohol left in vehicle.
Great location. Roof top bar very bright and pleasant.

In Savannah for my 10 year anniversary. Staff called prior to visit and asked about my visit and thing I was interested in doing. Upon arriving received recommended activities and restaurants to go to. At the down received a hand written card congratulating 10 years. Was very nice to get. Awesome location, rooftop bar was cool, and breakfast was fantastic.
