Not a fan of the overhead shower and open bathroom set up. But it was very clean. And there was no view from the windows.

Really liked the location. It was close to many attractions and event spaces.

No drink facilities in the room. Quite noisy, but it is LA. Car parking charge was ridiculous for one night. There is CCTV but the car park is not secure so kind of pointless really and the area was not particularly safe looking. No fridge.

I stayed on the 4th floor (the top one), and on the last day was raining very hard, so the roof was water leaking in the bathroom, and almost started to leak above the bed.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a good neighborhood, quite close to the metro station and some restaurants. What I really missed was a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is lovely and very clean. The Front Desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The floors are wood which is great but does allow more noise to come through.

The staff was professional - the standard niceties you'd expect because they are getting paid, but missing the pleasantries that you receive from people who are happy to be there.

The decor was nice, especially on the ground/lobby area, but overall missing the cozy factor that I look for. The paid parking lot next door made having a car easy.

I was basically inside the elevator and staircase and had no sleep as a result. The carpet also turns into hardwood so the whole time it was people clanking their suitcases and talking by the elevator or on the steps. Also the hotel sign that lights up at night is right in the window and the shades do not eliminate that light pollution. That hotel room shouldn’t exist or should be given at 90% off with a disclaimer. I was told there was not a fridge twice but there was one in the room.

Staff was nice although very busy and checkin took ages.

We used booking.com and the agent we spoke to for this property said we could check in at 3AM and to our suprise when we came there was no place for us to stay so we had to at the last moment get another hotel before checking in. The guy at the late night reception didn't hear me out and was very rude even when I showed proff. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but booking.com/the Hotel have to take responsiblity to ensure that any prepayments are accounted for. There was an option for me to pay for the full stay via booking.com and booking.com/the Hotel took no responsibility even when the amount for the stay was cut completely from my card and we had to pay using a different card or else we would not have a place to stay. I managed to get my refund after 2 weeks, but again this was such a waste of time and very scary considering we were traveling from NY and just wanted to stay in the hotel which we payed for fairly. The other thing is that the rooms are great, but there needs to be a better drainage system in the bathroom or else after someone uses it the whole bathroom becomes like a water park.

I stayed with my sister and the room was quite large and spacious. The bed was comfy and the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning and making up the room everytime. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great price for the nights we stayed. Other amentities were given such as a free cocktail (which remember to use and at night before you leave) soap, etc. The cafe below has excellent food and should be visited by anyone who stays. We had some trouble with booking.com, but the hotel was understanding and helpful (meaning the afternoon and early morning staff that we interacted with especially a guy named Rodrigo really appreciated his help so much and helped me to get the screenshots I needed to make sure that I got my refund for the incorrect charge from booking.com.

A lot of people mentioned about it already - the strong fragrance at the lobby threw me off, it made me so nauseous. They don't provide drinking water, and tap water in LA is not exactly a thirst quencher. Some parts of the room was dusty. I know LA is expensive but $180 for a very small room feels too much..

The property is well-situated especially if you're going after some tasty Asian food. Staffs were nice and helpful. I don't have any problem with the noise as some reviewers mentioned, the window was opened when I first came in, but once closed it wasn't noisy at all although my room looks directly to the street.

Not a big fan of the see through glass bathroom door especially as the room was quite small for 3 people to move about. Being close to the wooden staircase made it a little loud at times but it was a beautiful feature of the hotel so I can let that pass :)

Breakfast was delicious in the charming H restaurant . Staff were super friendly and appreciative . They were pleasant and helpful in the restaurant, front desk and service staff.
