There was nothing that we found issue with. I was very thrilled with the location, parking, facilities, amenities, etc.

Check in was so easy. I received texts during my stay inquiring about any need or any help. We ran into the housekeeper and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the exciting features of the building. There was a lovely communal space with microwave popcorn and ice. Very quaint and lovely. A small walk from Allentown and Delaware Park. Short taxi to the city centre. Parking onsite.

The lighting in our room wasn’t great - only the one mirror and it wasn’t great for doing make up. We heard everyone in the hallway. Not that it was super busy, but we could hear full convos from the hall.

Love the vibe, super pretty old mansion. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! We didn’t hear anyone else in their rooms. Love the self check in and out.

The only complaint I have is in the Puritan room the large windows over the bed made it hard to sleep in!!

If you call Tim Horton's Doughnuts eating but all good! The Edward is amazing it is the second time I have stayed here. It is quiet clean and unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in and will definitely be back!

Really comfortable bed in eccentrically decorated room. Helpful communication via WhatsApp from staff. Parking available in a small car park on the property - they provide a parking pass.

We were freezing at night and had to sleep with our winter coats over top of us. We didn’t reach out to the hotel for help so it’s very possible they would have been able to rectify it, we were just tired and wanted to sleep.

Room was updated and clean. Check in was a breeze. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great value. We loved it.

The parking lot has a total of maybe 6 parking spots, so you have to chance maybe not having a parking spot. Thankfully we were able to have a parking spot upon arrival.

The property has such a vintage flare on the corridors and the rooms itself. The Check in process was so easy and convenient for no one being on the property. Everything is sent to you for easy access. The Kensington Suite was amazing, I haven’t slept that great in awhile beds were so plush and the LED lighting and fire place really helped with setting the mood in the room. The bathroom was very large and the shower and bath tub were so accommodating in regards to size.

The toilet wasn’t working properly and we had issues flushing it . Staff responded and offered to send maintenance but we were getting ready to check out at that point.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The fireplace in the lobby was so cozy.

I didn't like that the parking lot was small. I didn't like that they did not have a variety of snacks and drinks for you to purchase at the snack bar.

I liked how accessible the parking was. I liked how clean and beautiful the hotel was, as well as the Kennedy Suite was. I liked the fact that it was self check in and that we did not have to worry about the front desk hassle. Lastly, I loved the fact that the room was affordable.

Zero insulation between first & second floor. It literally sounded like the people upstairs were going to crash through the ceiling. Woke us up even.

There was absolutely nothing not to like here. It was fabulouse!

We had an issue with check-in and our phones didn't work since we were from out of the country. Once we found some free WiFi we were able to contact the help line and get assistance. It would be nice if the guest was sent the WiFi info at the same time as the check in info, so they could connect from the front door if needed.

Bathroom was great with plenty of space but the shower has no door or curtain, it’s just kinda there and it’s a freezing cold shower with no air break and the floor gets wet and very slippery
