Loved everything.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever booked. The room was great. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, Stove, Fridge and microwave. Really impressive. To our surprise, it even had a Laundry machine for washing and drying. First time I ever see that in a hotel room. The 2 best things was the gorgeous view from the 39th floor and the super comfortable bed. The bed was soooo good I want to buy one now. I also like that the elevator only take you to your floor and pool area. It's more secure that way.

There were no washcloths in any of the 3 bathrooms…made washing your face difficult. And we utilizing the pull out sofa for the 5 th family member but there was no linen for it.

It was a value for 2 bedroom suite vs getting 2 separate hotel rooms. It had wonderful view of Miami port.

Valet area was congested as it’s located on a busy street and people were waiting for one of the three valet spots to pull into. Lots of valets but cars couldn’t get to the curb.

Very modern upscale property with a beautiful lobby, rooftop pool and amazing views of the ocean. It’s right across the street from the Bayside Marketplace where there are shops, dining and unlimited choices of boat excursions. The elevator system is an engineering miracle!

The breakfast included option was subpar and not acceptable for such a lavish hotel. We stayed at a different hotel for half the price and the breakfast and coffee was much better.

Perfect location to Bayside and the cruise ships. We watched them sail in from our balcony. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was neat and clean.

It would have been great to have a continental breakfast but the place is amazing . Apart from this I would say everything was perfect . The location is fantastic and the property is great

I stayed at a suite on the 36th floor the apartment was big with all appliances and top notch furniture. The view of Miami was breathtaking and we had a balcony running through the whole apartment. Beds super comfortable there was silence and we had a wonderful time

We were not aware of a $200 a night incidentals hold on check-in. I was aware of the $600 charge that was detailed on Booking.com and was prepared for that. However, it seems they have changed this to a $200 hold. $1400 is a significant amount to hold for a room. I'm assuming this may have been born out of recent experiences of people destroying the rooms. It was quite the shock on arrival. So be prepared for that. The balcony was small, like tiny. Perhaps this was due to space and/or building restrictions, but it felt pokey and kinda scary being so high up with not much between us and the ground but that's probably a personal thing over anything else. Housekeeping only came once during our 7-day stay, and I had to request fresh towels, laundry/dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and coffee. It was a little bit frustrating but no big deal as it was promptly delivered, more so just the inconvenience of having to ask and wait, especially later in the evening after a long day. .

Fantastic location, close to bayside marketplace. Easy enough to navigate to/from. Walking distance to the Brightline Train Station. Comfy bed with comfy pillows, massive suite. Filtered cold water is available via the fridge with ice as well. Great laundry facilities in our suite. Staff were quick to respond to questions and have the ability to text them requests. Our in room safe required resetting on our arrival, and the TV in the bedroom wasn't working correctly. This was rectified within 2 hours of check-in.

The insultation of the room was really bad, you can hear everything happening in the corridors, especially when room service are walking up and down the corridor with their stuff - very difficult to sleep in ....

Excellent room/suite with an amazing view and balcony. The gym spanned over 2 floor and the pool area was so nice to chill by. We liked the location of the hotel as it gave it us easy access to the main hotspots in Miami....

The free classes were amazing. Would be nice if they had a few other classes during the day or early evening. Really nice touch with the turmeric or ginger shot after the gym session. Sun deck and pool area was good.

I had had 2 packages delivered to await my arrival. Mentioned it on arrival, and was told they would be delivered to my room. Went out for a couple of hours and came back to find one package in my room. Went to the concierge and asked about my second package - met the person who had found the first one. He was sure that there had been only one, but I insisted. He found it. He could have tried harder the first time. Secondly, on checkout we asked the concierge to call us a taxi for the cruise port. The lobby was heaving with guests coming and going, made worse by the construction outside. No problem, will be here in 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes to arrive, and at least two more calls from the concierge to follow up our booking, and then had the audacity to charge us US$45 for a 3-minute ride. Yes, it's a captive audience, yes it's a tourist trap, but that was ridiculous. A metered yellow taxi would in my estimation have been $15. It left a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise great experience.

Hotel was very clean, room was quiet, and very comfortable, with a nice view of Bayside and the cruise terminal. We made good use of the in-room coffee machine and washer and dryer. Check in and out were quick and easy.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors were so bad that our feet were black 5 mins after arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service the whole time were there. not what you'd expect from a place of this standard. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't put food or drinks in it. The price for drinks and food was just ridiculous. We would like to give it another chance and stay again, but the prices they charge are crazy.

The hotel was really nice overall. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are lovely. Heated pool was great. We were going on a cruise, so the location is excellent.
