Shades in the front room would be nice. There are blinds, but they do not keep the room very dark when you need that extra hour of snoozing. The sun comes up early after a night out late!

The location of this property is perfect for visiting Milford. Directly on Main Street, the property is a short walk to dining and entertainment in one direction, close to a playground across the street, and the Catholic church is just up the street the other direction.

it was very convenient to many locations , the parking on the street was always available , the park is in walking distance , the loft was clean and cozy so glad that I got the opportunity to book this cozy downtown loft

Being that the loft is an upstairs apartment in an older building, the steps leading up are steeper than the typical staircase. This was not an issue for us at all, but some older or less mobile guests may have an issue.

The location was exceptionally convenient to everything around Milford. Shops, restaurants, and many other activities are within easy walking distance from the property. Keith was exceptional with communication, and made the entire process of booking, checking in, staying, and checking out quite simple and stress-free. We HIGHLY recommend this property, and especially Keith as the host!

You will not find a motel room in Milford area that is cheaper or as convenient, have stayed here alot and always a great place to stay!!! Everything was great. But I would caution anyone with mobility issues that the stairs are steep.

We will definitely stay here again. We were on our way to Kenyon College to drop off our daughter and decided to spend a couple of nights in Milford. We discovered this cute town last year when we were riding our bikes on the trail. The Estate Loft is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Keith has thought of everything to make guests comfortable. When it rained and we stayed in, we played the board games that are provided. Also, he was great at communicating. We knew exactly what to expect and how to check in and out. Plus, he leaves a guide book with all sorts of helpful information regarding the stay. The Estate Loft has only one bedroom so our daughter slept on the futon in the living room. She said it was very comfortable, and she didn't mind not having a bedroom. My husband and I plan to come back and ride the trail again since we weren't able to bring our bikes this time. From The Estate Loft, the trailhead is a 5-minute drive (or bike ride) and connects several Rails to Trails routes.

Not anything to dislike. Property was awesome right next to shops and food. Close to supermarkets and gas no searching needed to find what you need.

Like a complete apartment for less than a one room Hotel room. Easy access to get in with code provided. Full use of a kitchen with appliances dishes and so on.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property other than no TV in the bedroom. This is definitely not a deal breaker for another stay. It’s only my personal preference.

This property is in a perfect location. You can walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. The great brewery is a short car ride. Keith is an amazing host that knows how to make people feel right at home.

The view was typical for this area but wasn’t beautiful but they did add flowers and decor to make it appealing.

Owner was exceptionally hospitable as he communicated well and left a personal note of welcome. He priced many special touches to make his guest feel welcome.
