We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere is a $30 fee to check in early. Front desk staff communicated this clearly and promptly which I was thankful for. We opted to kill a little time around town until check in time.
Rooms are nicely remodeled. Still working on remodel on ground floor. Updated lighting throughout hotel- illuminated hallways nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool had plenty of towels available and hot tub was delightful on such a cold winter afternoon.

United States of AmericaNoisy- if you have anyone above or next to you. Sounds deadening should of been updated since the upgrade from a Holiday Inn. Unfortunately our room hadn't been vacuumed. Food bits and left over painters tape on the carpet. Rooms still under construction.

I loved the aesthetics of the hotel! The rooms (newly renovated) were modern but really cozy still - and I'm typically not a fan of modern. While the hotel is still under renovation you don't really notice it. The pool and jacuzzi area were top notch, impressively big and beautiful. The breakfast was great, location was great - we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I will say is that I love the lobby as is, it's cozy and lodge feeling and I understand they're going to change that to more modern which I think is a miss. Keep the lodge feel, it's great.

United States of AmericaI booked for 5 people when I asked where the 5th person is meant to sleep I was offered a day bed. I was not informed that it would be at an extra cost. Why did I book for 5 people but was only given space for 4 people? I was also informed when checking in that breakfast is now not included and that I had to pay for it separately. The Evergreen should make sure guests know that before completing their booking.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom sink filled up quickly and drained very slowly. Also , for $300/night I would hope to have 2 sinks. The body wash in the shower was empty. The toilet didn’t flush properly and you had to hold the handle down the whole time to hope things went down. The breakfast had ample choices but the eggs had no flavor and the sausage patties were like rubber.
The bed was comfortable and the room was adequately clean.
