Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The breakfast at 1817 grille inside the hotel was horrible. Frozen cheap thin sausage patties and our hash browns were not even close to being cooked still cold!
Very nice place beds were comfortable staff was friendly.

The pillowcases were dirty when we arrived. The duvet cover also has candy stuck on the inside. I didn’t totally enjoy the waterfall sound echoing outside my door all night either.
Really fast service. Asked for two additional pillows and they came right up. You also get a breakfast wavier.

Staff at the front desk needed to be more attentive...they sent us to the wrong room twice. There was no fridge in our room...a modern convenience that most hotels of this kind have.

Not much parking available at the hotel! Had to park in parking garage across the street. Thankfully it was the weekend so plenty of parking in the garage available. Would have been awful if during the week since hotel has only a few spaces assigned during the week. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street.

It's a little spendy but worth the money in Fort Smith.
Great location with a great staff! The amenities were fantastic: the gym was fantastic, pool was good, restaurant on site, and a bar.

The breakfast was included but it was the same breakfast the whole week, they don’t even try to change it, and the buffet was not available unless there was a group visiting.

Their conditioner bottle hahaha so hard to use.
The staff were all wonderful hardworking employees. Seeing them showed me their work ethic and aside from unforeseen circumstances like fire alarms, that will not deter us from coming back and staying here because the people were absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful on all fronts. Highly recommend especially because of the customer service. I really enjoyed the selection for the buffet as well that was included in my stay.

The front check in is right by the doors and it was so cold having to wait in line to get checked in. Check in started at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm and they told us the rooms were still being cleaned. We didn’t get a call until 8pm that our room was ready. I think the place needs a good deep clean. We sneezed the whole time there, I think from dust. We were a little disappointed there wasn’t a fridge in the room. Also I looked online and it said breakfast ended at 10am but when we got there at 9:28am they said it ended at 9:30am. The waitress was nice though and served us anyways. Also we had free breakfast included with our stay but I had to go to the front to get the info on this since they were trying to charge us. The breakfast food was terrible.
