Rooftop closed a little early.

The location was perfect for the trip planned! Close to the beach. We were slightly worried about other reviews, but relieved to see the issues mentioned were not a problem. Overall, GREAT STAY!! SOLA'S HAD A GREAT CROWD and ATMOSPHERE!

The room was not very clean, a nutrigrain bar jammed under mattress god knows how long it was there? Left it there so could potentially still be there. Also small cockroach appeared at one point. Check in was easy but the lady checking in wasn’t anything special and seemed very miserable.

Rooftop pool was great, room was okay. Bed was comfortable and the room was large.

i asked if i was able to do early check in && the hotel said yes but when i got there they made me wait 5 hours in the lobby when the too was already clean, i had an early flight && told them i would pay extra fees if necessary

Awkward room layout with the sink outside the washroom. Would suggest better use of dead space with a few extra hooks.

Check-in took well over 5 hours for a room to be ready. Door to room was constantly unable to open after using different keys.

The bar next door was loud until midnight but we knew that before we went so it's not a complaint.

The reception was very helpful when we arrived and left.The room was cleaned well daily. The bed was very comfortable. The roof pool was good. Great location close to ocean drive.

The pool area is much smaller than I thought and leaves little to no room to walk by. There was also little to no shade available which was not ideal as I need shade. The rooftop bar was also extremely over priced but they do allow you to BYOB which is nice. One small thing was I could not change the fan setting in my room to “on” as the button had been removed. I like the sound of the fan as it helps me sleep.

The location was perfect and the staff was super friendly. I liked that they offered us towels to use for the beach and pool with an exchange program so you always had fresh towels available.

The layout is a little strange but wasn't a problem. Can be a little noisy from the bar.

The rooms were very good and a great size. The pool was nice and had great views. Particularly love the duck. The hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the beach and restaurants.

Loud music played at the open bar,so no rest during the day is possible. The housekeeping entered the room because the "do not disturb" sign gets blown away by the wind and after letting them know that I do not need any services some other housekeeper came into the room to check again. The reception can get crowdy and after begging the staff to send me the invoices with company details via email,because it was taking too much time and we had to leave for the airport,which they agreed on,I am now left without those invoices and nobody is responding to emails.

I booked the king suite with balcony and bath tub. When I arrived the room wasn’t available. I was given a basic room instead. Spoke with a manager the next morning and was told there was no rooms left but they would waive resort fee. I called booking.com and told them what happened. Both parties blamed the other on the issue. Nothing was resolved and I never received the resort fee.
