Unfortunately the bed frame ( a beautiful piece of wood furniture with storage drawers) squeaks so much even when you roll over in bed. It is bad enough that it disrupts sleep. If perhaps the frame can be adjusted in some way, this location would be perfect and I’d love to stay there every time I come to Hamburg.

The room was exceptionally clean, the sofa was very comfortable, all the finishes were beautiful. Bathroom was amazing! Eden is a very safe area and the location was very quiet. There was a fireplace which was a bonus. We didn’t use the whirlpool tub but it looked perfectly clean.

Door code didn’t work first few times it was tried and because of traffic and travel trying to get to football game from Albany to Buffalo I wasn’t able to check in and panicked a little after game when door wouldn’t open but it finally did so no harm done and it was my fault I was so late

The high bed. Had to use the steps to get in. I am short and had hip replacement not too long ago.

The jetted tub, fireplace, mini kitchen w/utensils, comfortable couch, gorgeous bathroom and table w/chairs. Also liked having a pass code to get in. NO KEY OR CARD TO LOSE.

No outside lights. It was very dark at night. Also I was under the asumption there would be a juccuzi in the room. But there was none.

The bed had quite a depression in the center. Comfortable mattress, but with two people we tended to roll into the middle. Also there was a Keurig but no creamer so we had to skip our morning coffee.

Beautiful set up if kitchen but could use a crock pot or griddle or a small form to cook on but other than that no complaints at all

We booked the room about an hour or so before we arrived and there is no front desk or person on the property to check you in. We wound up calling a number we found online and it took about 15 minutes to complete the process over the phone to get a keypad code to our suite, but it was really no big deal.

The room was large and comfortable with a gas fireplace, large TV, large bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The property was very quiet with a nice location about 20 minutes south of Orchard Park. The room had a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of choices of coffee.

There was a snafu getting in but was quickly resolved by the owner/manager.

Our suite was very clean and well stocked with things we might use. It was very quiet and seemed secure. Would gladly stay there again.
