It was smaller than expected. Picture showed a kitchen area and couch so we were surprised to see only a small bedroom but it was big enough for the 2 of us for a short stay.

We loved the location. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go on Manitou Ave so we didn't have to deal with parking anywhere else.

The little dining table and especially the chairs were bad; didn’t compliment the room, the shower rod was corroded and rusted, and the towel ring was loose and wanted to fall off the wall. When I reserved my room through booking.com, I was given a code to Our room so we can get in and it was not the correct one. Luckily, the Wonderful housekeeper Who was cleaning the rooms Was able to help us and get the correct code to our room so we can get in. The office building building two hotel rooms had signs all over saying “”DO NOT DISTURB” and gave a number In case we needed to call, I was not a huge fan of that at all. We eventually received the proper code via email about an hour after we were let into our room. Overall, it was very comfortable room and the location was spot on because it was very close to all the businesses.

The room was very small, but very clean and had a new appearance. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. It had a feel of a luxury hotel room; How the towels were replaced and how the bed was made.

Bed was comfy! Heat worked really well. I would have enjoyed a small microwave and more counter top space but overall a nice clean comfy stay.

Very Small! No microwave. No one in the office to get iron and ironing board (you had to sit on the bed to iron). Uncomfortable chairs to sit on in the room. Could hear every conversation from the people next door, even when they used the restroom, his bladder must have been full. They must be night owls because they watched tv and talked almost all night.

The heating/cooling system had an odd smell so we didn't end up using it, and instead opened the window during the night for some fresh air.

great location, quiet and yet walkable to all the things in Manitou Springs, including some nice hikes. Nice bathroom/shower. Small mini fridge was helpful. Good value, helpful host. lovely to hear Fountain Creek flowing right near the property.
