We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beds were super comfortable and location was excellent. We stayed here on whim as we had a terrible experience at another hotel in a neighboring town. This place was just what we needed to get the bad taste out of our mouths from the last place. Had I known, we would have booked here instead and stayed longer. Great little town.

United States of AmericaThe beds and pillows could probably use an update. They have a complimentary breakfast with waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels and biscuits and gravy. That probably does meet most people's needs. I would have liked a little fruit and perhaps eggs for protein.
The staff were very nice. The lobby has been updated nicely. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, which is nice if you are staying longer.

The staff were great. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including microwave and fridge. My daughter enjoyed the pool, even though it was a bit on the cold side.

United States of AmericaThe bed could have used a little improvement, but I that could just be me. The price was a little higher than I had hoped for but I think everything is going up now. There is not a lot of food options right around the hotel but there are more just up the road about 10-15 min.
The breakfast was nice. It included waffles and a decent selection. The staff were helpful and friendly. They had some great suggestions of places to see the beach and where to visit in the area.

United States of AmericaWe booked this hotel because of the hot tub and sauna. Also, in the listing that said, there was popcorn, available daily and a beverage bar. Upon arrival the spa and were down for maintenance and there was never any popcorn or beverage bar. Our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room. We were going to ask to be moved, but the hotels is booked. The smell seem to go away after we had been in there about an hour so it was OK. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. But the light from the hall came under the door and the light from the parking lot made it through the curtains. So if you need absolute darkness to sleep, you need to bring an eye mask.
There wasn’t enough food available for all the guest. Or it could’ve been. They didn’t have enough staff to keep it stocked. The orange juice was watered down, but the waffles were very good. The egg bowls that they had or very small portions.

The hotel staff were friendly and recommended local nice restaurant, but I specifically asked housekeeping lady to clean the room but they didn't. This is the 2nd hotel that happened. Cutting staff but not prices ? The hot tub and sauna were not working, disappointing but at front desk it said full refund if not happy. Better to mention this on website please. Pool was cold.

Unfortunately the propane tank was out on Saturday and the manager didn’t arrive until Monday so we had to buy propane to fill their tank so we could cook our crab before it went bad :/ it was a inconvenience for sure!

Modern updates, large room, pet friendly and good included breakfast. Breakfast alone makes it worth is since early morning choices are slim in Garibaldi when you need fuel to get about your day.

The inside of the building was mostly updated and clean. Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee and hot chocolate. Staff were fabulous, especially Alan!

United States of AmericaI was given a room with a window 10 ft from the dumpsters which are emptied at 6:15 am. I asked for a quiet room. hotel was practically empty. all the rooms are pet friendly and I was just assumed some rooms were set aside for people who don’t want a pet friendly room.
