The location was perfect for us as we were attending shows for three nights at the Blues Alley Jazz Club a block away. It's also close to a bus line to get into the city near the mall and all the museums.

Fantastic location, great for morning walks / runs by the river, the Canal and the Capital Crescent Trail. Room (lock 3) was nice, modern, well prepared, small but comfortable and the restroom really good too. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

We had room on the 1st floor no lift available - if you have big luggage maybe you cam ask to be on the GF Shower : i’ve never seen a flowrate that small !! And hot water control is not very good

Tiny shoebox in basement. I was unable to use kiosk to get in. My reservation was not accessible. I emailed the property several times to ask if I could check in early but got no response.

The communication one I booked was not accurate. It told me that I would receive an email two days before the reservation for my check in pin number. I left messages via chat and on an answering machine with the phone number that was provided and no one called me back. It ended up that the pin is provided when you use the kiosk There was no email ever sent prior to arriving. It was just confusing. Or stay there was nice but the communications being outdated gave me some anxiety that we wouldn't be able to check in.

The staff are contactable by phone. Not sure where they are located but I found one of the phone staff to be a bit rude which was disappointing. Luckily there is little need to phone, as things are self-explanatory.

The place was exceptionally clean and well organised. The shared kitchen was immaculate and the coffee and tea facilities were great. The restaurants close to the hotel were the ones we enjoyed the most.

The add was misleading. It referred to having a “shower with a bath” but there was no tub. I was specifically selecting a location with a tub but instead the apartment just had a shower on a different floor from the bed.

Extremely expensive considering no reception or staff visible onsite (self serve model), no restaurant, no lobby or bar, small basement kitchen, average quality linens and mattress, below average bathroom amenities. The small balcony is in fact shared though in the pictures it looks private. Better options are available like the Melrose if you don’t mind walking 10-15 minutes.

There was a strong smell in hallway that seeped into room. Trying to smell clean but was cloying. Suggest airing out location if possible? Or a humidifier in public space may solve issue....
