We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe got to the hotel at 4pm (was told to check in at that time) and our room wasn't ready. Had to come back in an hour. Thankfully, we just walked to the Falls to kill time, but was a little miffed that the room wasn't ready when we got there.
The free parking was excellent across the street. Breakfast was very good (minus the fact they didn't have orange juice either morning we were there). Facilities were clean. Room was big and wonderful. Bed was incredibly comfy.

The room was great, the free hot breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was excellent! we were able to walk every where.

United States of AmericaThe location was a 5 minute walk to the casino. There’s a pizza place right next door that’s open late. We didn’t know where to park when we arrived so inquired inside and the staff was so helpful, showed us where to park and gave us an extra parking pass because we had two cars. We had the jacuzzi suite. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and a bonus!

The location was within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast had a nice variety and was warm & fresh.

United States of AmericaWe would have liked more towels. I'm sure if we asked, they would have given them. The bedspread was kind of funky and gross. Glad we brought our own blankets. Cleanliness wasn't spot on in the building, but we were comfortable.
The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Warren was my favorite. The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower.

United States of AmericaAlthough I do love the vintage look, the hotel could use updates; not to modernize the look (the theming is perfect), just upgrade some products. I've been coming here over several years. I am not sure when this property was last renovated. Bedding has been changed out. Could use more, ie: lamps/ outlets with better USB ports. Furniture, carpet, wallpaper replacement. Keep the look, upgrade the product.
Vintage theming, boutique feel and knowledgeable staff. Variety of room types for hotel size.

Nice room, decent-ish breakfast. Could have been a bit better in regards to the quality of the food but it's to be expected! Overall, pretty good!

GermanyThe room was cold, you couldn't regulate the temperature. There was nothing going on in the surroundings. Almost every restaurant has closed. We felt pretty much alone.
The art deco style of the whole hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bath was spacious, as well as the big comfy bed. The location was perfect, very close to the Falls on the US side. 5 min walk. Very tasty breakfast with several warm meals.
