Its a bit worn. One day the pool was not clean. Also we saw 2 guests, independently from each other, fall from the pool deck. With an elderly clientele this is quite worrisome. We asked for a check-out at noon, while official check-out time is 11 am. No cooperation there. Supposedly the resort was fully booked. We checked online and obviously there was still availability. Even if that was the case, check-in time is at 4 pm so ….

The location and size of the room. Also the continental breakfast was well organized.

Room looks tired, in need of a face-lift. Cleanliness left a little to be desired.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed, Now that is part of the Worthington It was nice to have 3 different pools and a hot tub available.

No housekeeping during my stay. I'm not buying the "covid/lack of staff" excuse anymore! Lock on the main entrance could be a bit more secure. And try to avoid the room next to the entrance, as you hear every entry and exit.

Nice resort. Better now all resorts are together which offers more variety. Friendly staff. Clean.

I would have liked more general services and an expanded breakfast, there was nothing wrong with what is currently offered and if I wanted housekeeping I had no problem getting it but I would have to ask for the services. I would increase the value rating if the provided services increased, overall my stay was lovely

Property needs a few updates. A large fountain wasn’t working, nor was one of the hot tubs.

Great location near Ft Lauderdale Blvd and beach. Friendly staff. Multiple pools and hot tubs spread out throughout the property. Two small gyms plus a high-end shower for guests to use after they check out. Guests can use the amenities after checkout while waiting for their flights. Our room had a kitchenette and was spacious, Spartan but clean.

As others have already written, the place lacks character or atmosphere. There are no corners with grass or at least by the pool, there are no flower pots and there is no feeling of intimate corners that are usually characterized in gay resorts. The hotel is planned to be connected to 4 other nearby hotels - hopefully this will improve the atmosphere and not harm the atmosphere that is required from places of this type (hope they keep the hotel for gay men only) A few small additional notes - there was a coffee machine in the room but no capsules. There was an envelope for a tip for the cleaners but there was no room cleaning service at all. It is not clear what the tip is for. The air conditioner in the room is of the old type (window air conditioner) and it is very noisy.

The service of the staff is excellent, the room is spacious and pleasant (see comments separately about the air conditioner), the bed is very comfortable, the location is nice near the sea and there is free parking. The pool and hot tub are nice. There is also a small gym for those who are interested, a basic breakfast but it is enough and the possibility to purchase drinks at very reasonable amounts

Was there for five days and no house keeper came in the room! Would've loved to have the floor vacuumed because of all the sand from the beach and trash emptied.

very low quality of the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, smells a little ugly and cheap. I would recommend to update the brand and quality ! I believe all hotel guests will appreciate it ! Same as the furniture need to be updated.

That is really cosy and relaxing place, a lot of pools, spa and fun! Location is amazing, everything is so close tho the hotel ! I will be back again and will take all my friends to this place ! Room 145 in main section Grand building was in good private location, close to the reception and main entrance.

Only difficulty I had was reservation made through booking.com was somehow lost. I have email confirmation from booking.com and from Worthington when the reservation was made plus I called Worthington to confirm reservation in January 2024. I called again 4/17 to confirm my arrival and was advised I had no reservation. Had the resort been full I would have not had a place to stay. Very un easy feeling. Hesitant tonis Booking.com again in the future.
