I liked everything really. Maybe it could have better black out curtains.

It's all new and clean. Everything it's really nice, the decoration, the bed, the floor, the lights. All of it. It has access to a bar on the 48th floor that its pretty cool too.

There needs to be lighting in the dining area. The distance from the conference center was longer than expected.

I did not have breakfast at the location. The room was very nice. The staff was exceptionally responsive to my needs.

Because there is a shared common area available, the room we stayed in didn’t have some of the typical things you’d expect in a hotel room, like a mini fridge and a microwave. This was fine for us though, just be aware!

We LOVED Mint House!! If you want to feel like penthouse royalty for the night, book this stay. The room was so chique and the view from the 50th floor was mesmerizing. The bed was very comfortable as well. However, probably the best part was the treatment we received from the staff (Chase and Yoab). They both went above and beyond to welcome and help us—when we found the common area fridge wasn’t working, Chase stored my breakfast items in their own fridge and then made sure they were delivered to me the next morning. Yoab dropped everything and helped me print a parking pass last minute. They were so nice and made the stay!

The lobby code, room code, and garage code didn't work. Fortunately, the concierge was on duty and gave us a new code (good recovery). The couch and chairs in the beautiful sitting room were soooo uncomfortable

Had to call twice to get an electrical outlet stabilized near the shower— electrical hazard. Work completed around a tight wedding schedule. When I came back to the room later in the day, the door remained open. My security was compromised. Did a sweep of the room found nothing gone. It didn’t sit well with me. Site will not permit video upped load so that’s all I have. Sorry I thought the night from Joab and your team was a lovely touch. Made me feel like family.

Superb location. Commodious room with all entities. Restaurant off the lobby. Staff listened when you spoke. Exceedingly impressed by all.

Communication was often delayed & I had to initiate requests more than once each time something was needed. Also, Mint House needs a real hotel style luggage cart for guests to utilize.

Staff was helpful, the room was prepared as requested & the view of downtown Dallas was lovely.

The washing laundry liquid pods were a bonus. Was great to have washing facilities. Very clean and a great view. Very well located in downtown.

It was difficult to get into the building: the doors didn't work and instructions weren't clear - a friendly staff member let us in. The elevators and parking garage were a bit hard to navigate as well.

The staff were really sweet and helpful, our room and view were gorgeous and the location is great!

Everything met or exceeded my expectations – there was nothing I disliked about my stay.

I loved the modern amenities and the comfortable, clean rooms. The central location made exploring Dallas a breeze, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
