The noise from the construction was very bad!!!! The location was a long walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. We don’t Uber. Did not like The expensive parking at the hotel!!

My booking did not include taxes, and after my stay, I was hit with 150usd more due to taxes They should price already with that amount. The A/C was very loud and positioned the next one of the beds on which was impossible to sleep because the fan would blow very strong on your heas

The Aircon unit was really loud and sure it's up A LOT. Our room didn't get made up at all while we were there (3 nights). The breakfast is functional at best. I expected more for $200 per night.

Really clean, well appointed room, modern and not faded. Friendly staff. Location was fine, not too far from downtown, just about walkable if you like walking.

I think charging $42/day for parking is excessive, it should be included in the hotel rate (unfortunately, this is common in most hotels in Nashville). Breakfast can be improved, if you are hoping for bacon and eggs, you will be disappointed. The location is a bit far from everything if you want to walk, 30 min walk to Broadway, 30 min walk to the Gulch.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Simple and minimal, nothing notable to add. They have a nice big lobby from where you can work from if you need to, and a little outdoor patio.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing and bare. I would have liked more choices or yogurt, not just fat free or sugar free. A selection of cheeses and some fresh pastries would be nice as well. Also, the fitness room was extremely small.

not enough space for guests at main breakfast time.

Breakfast could offer bread as well as only bagel. to see approx20 people with cases in lobby waiting for exactly 3PM to be able to check in is disconcerting, surely some way to relay to front desk when room is cleaned could be set? Site is currently surrounded by major building constructions with corresponding "beeping" and other building work noise, looks like for probably next 12 months or more. as parking is on site a lower fee for self-parking would be nice.

The could get better blackout curtains. The ones in place didn’t really black out the day light specially if wanting to sleep late,

Good value for the money and location was 30 mins walk from downtown but could Uber easily and cheaply enough. Rooms had good sound proofing which helped given all the construction going on around it.

The property was a little far from downtown broadway but we were able to catch the bus easily to downtown (2 minute walk to the bus).

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! One day it was raining and we asked the front desk if they happened to have an umbrella and they were able to find one for us to borrow. The breakfast was basic but enough options for you to find something to eat (oatmeal, bagels, fruit, eggs, yogurt). We also really enjoy the bar at night, the bartenders was very friendly and shared stories with us and the other guests.
