We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room was nice and clean, and the staff was nice and accommodating. We got to Nashville early in the morning and left late at night after checkout and they were able to easily keep our bags for us without any issue. The breakfast was perfectly fine, nothing crazy or super fancy, but there were bagels, juice, muffins etc. Also, the location was really good. Right near music row there were lots of cute and cool places to hang out nearby and a really good and cheap Mexican restaurant/ diner next door. The walk to broadway was like 20-25 minutes or a 10 minute uber so not too crazy.

United States of AmericaI was trying to check in about 15 min early but my room wasn’t ready until 3:10. I needed to check in at 3 so I could get ready for my meeting. I didn’t like that inconvenience.
Place was very stylish and also cozy. Breakfast was simple but nice. The room was very clean.

IrelandThe breakfast was very basic and the under-equipped bar wasn't open much during my 4 days there. There is lots of construction going on currently on all sides, as the area is being developed
It was a safe, clean and not too busy hotel. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks and a comfortable 30 minute walk away from the noise and excitement of downtown. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the foyer was a cool design. My room was comfortable and warm.

Breakfast was good to grab a coffee or juice & a quick bite. There wasn't a big variety, but what they did have, was good. Location was very good, easy to walk to so many great restaurants & a quick uber to downtown area (est. $12 -$15 per ride). You WILL pay to park Everywhere in Nashville! Parking at hotel was $45 per night. Our room was Great, the mattress & pillows truly wonderful. They made up for the wifi that I couldn't access. Hotel was super clean. Hotel bar convenient, bartender 5 stars.

United States of AmericaThe front desk during the day she did her job but that was it She was not smiling If asked a question she answered but wasn’t forthcoming comming with information that could help . You have to valet park at 44.00 a day but had to retrieve car , which was okay but she didn’t tell us we had to return to front to load. I was waiting at door in back where husband went out .She seen me and didn’t say anything . No personality all three days
