The room was very small for two people and too expensive for this size (I compare with other hotels of the same category and location).

The location was great, and it was possible to enjoy the view of the city from the roof. The room was clean. We stayed only one night so it's hard to say something more.

Bedding for the sofa bed had not been left and the person I called at Hosteeva was most unhelpful. Fortunately the concierge was able to sort. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Spotless, in excellent condition and a good location for sightseeing on foot. 24 hour concierge who was very helpful. Well equipped and everything in good order.

Location is great! You Get what you pay for. Lower standard hotel with outdated style, but nice compared to the price. The bed was comfortable, big shower, and overall a big hotel room.

The facilities are basic but rooms clean and good size. E just needed a place to rest our heads after busy days out and about.

The location is fantastic - just next to Macys and 20 minute walk max to a lot of things such as Boadway, Times Sq, One Summit, Empire State etc.

The entrance is a bit poorly marked, and the reception is tiny so, when more people are in the line it gets quite crowded quickly. I am grasping at straws but the TV could be more modern.

Really good place to stay in Manhattan. I chose this place mostly due to the location and price and it was worth it, compared to the more expensive options. It is relatively basic but comfortable for a few days stay.

No tea in rooms. Just coffee bags (1 each!)which aren’t great. Maids come around at 8.30 for room service when we were still in bed(after day 1 we put the DND sign out but then of course you miss the service) The vending machine wouldn’t work.

View of Empire State Building from bed! Amazing central location. Subway directly outside the hotel. Rooftop bar is a must visit. Spacious and clean room. Exactly what we needed for our visit. No resort fees, just security deposit.

Perfect location to access all parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Subway right outside the hotel door. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. The rooms were clean and tidy!

The hotel is a little difficult to find as it does not have a sign at the front and has an entrance to a rooftop bar in front of the reception area, the room also didn't have a kettle/coffee machine but had coffee cups? not sure if you were meant to microwave it? But again, not the worst problems

Great hotel in a good location for sightseeing in New York, easily walkable and also right next to a subway station. The room had a great city view and was spacious with a desk and a couch in it, as well as a fridge and a microwave. The hotel was surrounded by shops and food options so easy to get supplies for the room as well as a bite to eat. Really would recommend staying here.

I had paid extra for a balcony room but on arrival they gave us a standard room. When we went back down and told them, they said there wasn't a balcony room available but then suddenly found one. The balcony room was disappointing because there was 6 foot high walls round it so we couldn't see down to the street. There was only one drinking glass in our two double bedded room. We asked for another but never got one.

Location is perfect. It's right in the middle of Manhatten. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean and heating good.

As long as you treat this place as a place to sleep and no more, you'll be fine. But don't expect much more. For example, there was no coffee maker in the room. We got a one bed room, even though we were three and reserved a double bed room.

There wasn't really any lobby. There was just an assigned room that was converted to a waiting room. It can get crowded but at least there was a toilet. Also we booked the 3-person room. Unfortunately. the sofabed didn't have much support as a bed. It was better to sleep on it as a sofa.

The room was good, clean, and a good size for a room in the center of NYC. It was really accessible and walking distance from Times Square, Grand Central, and Empire State. We arrived early and thankfully, we were able to do early check-in. For the price we paid, it was worth it.

During this trip we stayed in 8 different hotels in East Coast, but this hotel had the softest towels. It does not seemed a big deal at that time, but I really appreciate that now. Location of this hotel is superb.
