You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americathere is no room service during the day - not even for coffee or breakfast in the morning. they offer free coffee in the lobby but it’s undrinkable - like hot water! also, the restaurant is not open for lunch - just breakfast and dinner.

United States of AmericaVery strange how the restaurant bar doesn't take to-go orders at bar for guests. I had to go back to the room and place my order for room service only. The food was decent though.
Staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, and valet parking was effortless. Location was great.

I have stayed here numerous times and always had a pleasant stay. I was a little bummed that for SMU graduation it was more money for a room than normal.

I prefer to park myself. Our room was outdated and could have used some TLC. The shower wouldn’t stay hot.

United States of AmericaI think if they are charging for overnight parking it should be disclosed here and also included in the price instead of an extra charge at check out. A $240 stay turned into $360 because of hidden fees.
Hotel was clean and exactly as pictured, spa bath was very relaxing and location is very convenient.
