Bathroom door needed adjustment. Had to push hard to close it. Room fridge was set too cold and couldn't find the control to adjust it.

Checkin process through the virtual kiosk took a very long time. Workers did not offer to help, so waited in a line for over 20 minutes just to check-in.

As we were packing to leave, the bed headboard fell off the wall and slid down behind the bed We were lucky it did not happen when we were sleeping Apparently an outside contractor recently did work at the hotel and did not use the proper anchors for the job Hopefully this problem will be corrected in the other rooms

Bit out of town (which we knew when we booked) but nothing much around immediate area. Property is a bit tired and cleaning and maintenance in common areas could be improved. Room was fine just a bit dark. Needed more lighting.

As stated before, I'd suggest better pillows. The breakfast was very similar to many other 3-star hotels: self-serve, cold cereal, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs in a covered warming tureen, and coffee in carafes.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and everything was fine except the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were large fairly hard foam. I had a neck ache for several days after sleeping on them. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and attentive. The little restaurant inside the reception area served tasty food and Sheila, the restaurant manager was exceptional.

No ice machine in the second building. We had to get ice from the main building but it really wasn't far.

The location was fantastic for my needs. Super close to SPAC so catching a ride back from there was very easy. Loved that they run a shuttle for several hours in the evening to take you where you need to go (within reason! I think it was 5 miles maybe) The pool was lovely, just a nice little pool with a nice patio area including tables/chairs/umbrellas or sun loungers if that's your thing. Every single staff I encountered was super friendly - even when short staffed the day I checked in. I had booked a suite and it was very spacious and included flatware and dishes which I did not expect and was an extremely welcome surprise. Back to how they were short staffed though- I checked in on 8/25/23 and it was all hands on deck. The GM was even helping out with housekeeping to get rooms cleaned and ready for guests. Our wait to check in was a little longer than expected, but not outlandish by any means. The staff seemed to all be pitching in where they could to get all guests in and settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. That was the only dark mark on our stay and it was really just a tiny smudge! Will definitely stay again and can't wait to experience the finished product. Oh yeah, they're mid renovation but none of that did anything to hinder my stay at all. For the meantime until it's finished though, just be aware that you might be dealing with paint and/or new carpet smell. Fine by me, but some people might be sensitive to that while those smells all dissipate.

Staff great, long wait to check in no one's fault not enough help and the building construction was pain in the ass! No real understanding of how to traverse the grounds, but very clean and comfortable room, bed and great shower!

Poor choice for breakfast. Plastic utensils. Small garbage cans in the suite. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - only for single person while there were two people in the suit. The suit was highly overpriced.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Very convenient location (noisy though if the suit faces the highway).
