Clean and tidy hotel, good room with a big bed. The breakfast is take and go, but it still offers a reasonable variety, including McDonalds style breakfast muffins.

The property could be maintained a bit better. Cleanliness is B, and breakfast is C at best.

Value is okay, the rooms are spacious and there was a rather nice pool. We spent a night while traveling, so our expectations weren't too high.

The exit door to terrace needs some capex.

Nice, comfortable room on the ground floor with direct access to the pool inside the backyard. The breakfasr seemed too little in the beggining, but the warm, fresh burger made our day.

We were by the front desk. A lot of early morning staff noise,door slamming , walkie talkies,music The front desk staff door was directly across the hall. We will stay in future a few doors down from the front desk for morning quiet.

Rooms had a desk with desk chair and another chair but no table. The lobby complimentary breakfast area had no tables, so returning to room to eat there was no table either.

No matter what we did we could not get the room cool enough, the air conditioner is in the corner farthest from the bed so it just seemed warm all night and we could never get the tv figured out. Fortunately it allowed us better conversation but we could also faintly hear the neighbors conversations and tvs.

The location was perfect for ease to get anywhere in the city, and the staff were so kind, even offering a cookie at check in! The lobby is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are nice too with walk out patio and the pool view, it was perfect for what we needed.

Breakfast was dissapointing, and no tables to eat at. My room was not serviced; apparantly they do not service rooms for a 2-day stay, unless requested, but did not inform me of this. They charge a $150 breakage deposit, which was poorly communicated prior to booking. The gym was not serviced and only had one clean towel and no water cups. The staff was not overly helpful and friendly.

Location was ok for one night, not much to walk to apart from a couple of steak houses and burger bars.

Loved the patio door onto the gardens with a swimming pool and a nice seating area, also had our own table and chairs. Had a lovely meal at the Hungry Hunter, beef was beautiful, highly recommend.

the whole experience was cool. from walking into a clean lobby, the room was scent free. the actual room was awesome and clean! it was quiet, we got a pool view and it was stunning. the lobby had free coffee/tea which we loved, cause who doesn't want a complimentary beverage with their stay. :)

The only reason why I didn't rate the hotel a 10 is that the walls are thin. I could hear people in the other rooms and outside by sliding glass window. New windows and sliding doors would help a lot. Also, the pillows were lousy. The waunity and size were ok, they were just way too soft.

The staff is outstanding! Excellent customer service. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was cheerful, welcoming, and super helpful! Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in too! The hotel grounds are really nice and the pool is beautiful. By far, the best hotel for business or short short stay in all of Bakersfield.

Humble breakfast.

Clean, spacious room with a modern design and a beautiful view, most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Very quiet and peaceful place. Hotel is located very close to restaurants. Friendly stuff.
