It was very noisy. Someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night. It did not appear to be a safe neighborhood.

Lady at the front desk got an attitude when i re asked instructions on how to get to my room because she explained it so fast, door barely shut securely when going in & out of room, towels had red stains on them plus never recieved more towels when asked for more, key card didnt allow us in once we came back for breakfast was left standing outside in the cold wuth no answer from front desk while calling.

I didn't like the fact that the soda machine was a little overpriced and the promotional deals are only available through booking through the hotel or it's affiliates. Our first initial reservations were booked through booking.com where they were $10 cheaper but promotional two-night stay one night free did not apply. So apparently third party booking is a No-No. That's also with paying cash at the property so book accordingly. It should be any night verified accounts for promotional deals.

I like that there's a gated parking lot, and they have hot breakfast. Despite the reviews they kept hot food out pretty quick. But like everywhere else you got to get it while it's hot.. Room rates were market value , but affordable We're here four days, two separate rooms and booked again midstay due to a turn around in our schedule and qualified for the promotional free night, which helped us out a lot in the family already tight on a budget.

We booked and attempted to call the property 7 times. They never answered, we contacted booking.com and the representative could not even get ahold of them. There were people smoking right outside of our room as we arrived even though it says “non smoking” our room stunk of weed. We attempted to call from the room and they never answered. The breakfast was empty when I went down with my kids, They were out of all of the hot foods. When the hot foods came out so many people were waiting jt was gone super fast. The lights where you get the food were going on and off. When they were off the room would be decently dark. The beds were not comfortable what so ever, very thin and springy. The phone in the room did not even work, to reach out. People were making noise all night long outside of the room.

The price was an affordable place for my family to stay.

The area itself was not the best. The huge gate where you had to enter a code to get in threw us off as well. It was not as clean as I had hoped, the bfloors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped. We also woke up to roaches in the bathroom and where the sink area was, and it smelled like weed as soon as we opened the door.

The convenience and price were great. It was close to the highway as well as within driving distance to restaurants and other things. The staff was great as well and they're pet friendly, which was nice.

There was a small kitchenette in our room, but the sink didn't work at all?? It's not a big deal, we were only here for one night. The chair in the room was very slanted, and the sheets on the bed had random stains. vent in the restrooms was very loud, and there was a random alarm outside that went of THREE times throughout the night... very unpleasant. No complimentary tooth brushes or toiletries.

The windows into each room are weird; they open into a hallway before the outdoors so it felt a little invasive. The shower/toilet room lightbulb dimmed after about 5 minutes. The amenities were dated.

The pillows, bed, and shower were great. The tv had tons of channels and was easy to use. The bathroom sink and mirror were separate from the toilet/shower, which was better for me to put on makeup. The rooms were well marked. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. The location for walking to a nearby festival at Discovery Park was PERFECT.

Even though it says non-smoking, the bathroom smelled like wet smoke. One of the towels had black stains on it, even though it felt washed.

Location. There is quite a bit of homeless people (which is beyond the hotels control) but overall, this property wasn’t too bad!

The staff were super accommodating & nice! Breakfast options were good. For the most part the rooms were somewhat clean. Rooms are alittle different from pictures shown but still nice inside!
