Nothing. But the location could indicate that after 5 p.m. the key for the room can be be picked up at closeby gas station, would make it easier.

Casa de Fruta Inn was located conveniently close to the Highway on our way from Yosemite to Pinnacles NP. We also shopped at their fruits and sweets stand, very delicious.

Pool needed to be cleaned. The hours to swim were too short. Check in area needed to be marked better, also trees over grown to where you could barely see the Inn sign by the road. Price seemed high, without microwave or fridge.

I did encounter some flying small bugs inside the room. The remote control was not working. The phone in the room had no numbers or info on it.

I wasted water trying to get hot water. And then once the water was turned off briefly I had to do it all over again. Very bad in drought stricken area.

Room was clean and comfortable. We were just passing through but with all the property had to offer, it could be a destination for some people. Breakfast at the restaurant a few buildings down was exceptional.

We were the only guests that night. In the morning I turned on the hot water in the sink and waited. And waited, maybe 5 minutes. Nothing. I then turned on the shower to increase the flow and waited a few minutes. No hot water. After breakfast at the restaurant the water for the rooms was warmer, but not hot. On checking out I was told that since I was the only guest and the water heater was at the other end of the building it can take 10-15 minutes to get hot water. Really not acceptable, and just a huge waste of water. Each room should have a small on-demand tank-less water heater.

There are 14 rooms in an older 1 story ranch-style building, very solid with plaster walls. Average-sized room with the bath spread out across the back of the room, unlike your usual hotel room. Comfortable room with arm chair and desk. Large spread-out grounds with a restaurant (casual and attractive), various shops, gas station, and a large RV park. Rustic and welcoming. Not busy at all during our stay.

Lack of instruction when you arrive late at night. We spent 40 mins finding out the place and that we had to go to the chevron to get the keys to our room.

The very friendly maids deserve a better cart! The cart they were forced to used had breaks that did not work and were prone to drifting away and falling over. Get those fixed or get them new carts please!

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were astonishingly clean and remodeled. Great value! Will stay again if ever in the area. It might not look like much from the outside, but you will have a very nice clean comfy room once you arrive.

I think we are not alone in preferring non-gluten bread with meals. That could be an improvement. Also offering a side of vegetables other than potatoes helps the carbs watching folks when dining.

The breakfasts were huge and tasty. The lattes were great. The patio and seating outside our room was unexpected and a nice touch that we took advantage of. We marvelled at how well kept up all the attractions, buildings, and decorations were. Really on par with Disneyland in that regard. Casa's promotion says they work hard to make their visitors satisfied and it shows.

Some folks camping at the RV park near the motel had set up giant lights all around their campsite, which were very bright. Campers' music was pretty loud after dark also. The office was closed, and the check-in process at the convenience store was, shall we say, inconvenient. But the room was clean and comfortable, and there's a pool.

When we went into our room we went to close the blinds and there was a big spider and webs. There where also webs by the front door.
