Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff are fairly rude. Specifically when checking in and out. Attitudes and rude looks were giving to me twice that I’ve been there. Check out is at 11 and someone always comes around 10:45-10:50 to try to get us out so they can clean. I find that extremely rude and uncomfortable. This needs to be fixed.

I paid extra for a deluxe room but when I arrived I was told that deluxe rooms aren’t even a thing so it was basically a ploy to get extra money. Also in the parking lot there was a rag with poop in a spot which I stepped in getting out of the car.
The location was good, nice staff, the room was clean, overall I would stay again.

The breakfast was non-existent for the time of the morning I had to be at work. The ice machine needs to be sanitized. It did not look healthy.
The room was very quiet. The location was right around the corner from where I was working. the space of the room was also very nice. There were also plenty of blankets provided to me.

Nothing really, it met all of needs
All I needed was a bed and a bath. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bath was clean and well stocked. If you are looking for food, a pool, or any other " perks" then this is not the place for you but if you need a place to get a good night's sleep at an affordable rate, I cannot recommend anything better

1. Toilet paper was quite thin. Is there such thing as a half-ply roll of tp? 2. Door and door jam didn’t match up well, causing hall lighting to emit into the room and binding of the door upon entering and exiting.

needs a make over. it’s falling in despair and needs serious repairs. our toilet seat was broken. it wasn’t even attached. which could cause some injury to someone. the seat slides out from under you and when you go to catch yourself. you put you foot down in a hole that the floor is sinking in to otherwise it was clean and the staff was nice

The jacuzzi type was dirty the phone in the room didn't work didn't have the complimentary soap shampoo and conditioner and lotion toothbrush and toothpaste like most hotels

There were burned holes in my blanket the room temperature only went so high so it was still cold the water pressure sucked it could have been a more comfortable stay everything was just too small and I thought it was a double room suite I just didn't know I just had double beds in it with a desk

The fact that I didn’t even stay in the room at all because the air system was broke and no rooms available to move me and I get charged and treated like my service was paid and the money is all the hotel cared about. How could anyone even approve that room to begin with to have guests stay is unbelievable and down right inhuman. The place smelled like a nasty sweet moldy moisture that couldn’t escape the air because there was no air flow to circulate the air. I immediately got light headed and almost gave myself a severe pain attack thinking I was suffocating because I felt like I was being closed in with no air flow to help control my breathing. I have mental and health issues that were triggered the moment I stepped foot into that room. And the mold caused a migraine from being highly allergic and I get that when around i high level of black mold. So you tell me how I felt at your hotel and how your gonna make it right

I had to leave early are a few hours after I got there because they air conditioner system wasn’t working properly and felt like I was suffocating and the staff said no room to put me in other than this one

I didn't appreciate the way that the maid knocked on our door to tell you it was check out forty minutes before check out. Then the front desk man called on the phone 15 minutes after that to tell you is check out time. After that, another person knocked on our door 5 minutes later and asked, "When were we leaving?" All of this before 11am I went to the front desk, I was told that it was nothing that they could do about it. It's their job that's what they have to do.
