I booked the Inn of the Five Graces as an anniversary celebration for my husband and I. We have wanted to stay and experience the hotel for some time. Our stay was fabulous, the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we checked in our stay was wonderful. The check in staff were lovely and gave us personal tour of hotel and our room. Our room was amazing, incredible decor, a separate kitchen / bar, a kiva fireplace, a very comfy king bed and the most incredible bathroom. Our breakfast the next day was lovely and included in booking. We highly recommend the hotel for a unique and luxe Santa Fe experience.

Breakfast was amazing; diversity of options and everything fresh and delicious. Extraordinary service with a nonstop smile from Nancy. Great location, walkable to everything. And they offer town car service in 3-mile radius. Beautiful lounge area outside the spa in pool area — great day or night! The room was just beautiful and comfortable set in a historic 400+ year old building. Fridge minibar included no extra charge.

United States of AmericaThe alcove in our room did not have an AC vent and was too warm at night. They provided a fan when we asked, which did help. I did not love the pillows but am really picky. I wish they offered a choice of pillows. They did help me out by giving me a memory foam pillow instead of feather.
Absolutely gorgeous property and room. The staff go above and beyond to pamper you. The breakfast was wonderful, we loved the daily snacks, and dinner at Pink Adobe was out of this world. (Especially the crab cake and pork tenderloin with mole.)

The hotel is well-located close to the key center of Santa Fe, and very near the most historic area of the city. The guest rooms are fantastic- filled with color, texture and ingenious reuse of materials from around the world. The tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and outdoor patios for lounging, or dining. The breakfast menu is wonderful and part of the room cost. We also enjoyed a wonderful walking tour offered free to guests--well worth doing.

United States of AmericaWe had a great experience here! The second we pulled up Chad helped us with our car and bags and Nadine greeted us with a smile. We saw Chad and Nadine a lot and they were always going above and beyond for us during our stay. Breakfast was very delicious and servers Dahlia and David were prompt and friendly. The room was unique and beautiful, no detail was left untouched with this resort. We appreciate everything everyone did for us here. Especially Nadine. We had a bad experience off site at another business and Nadine rescued us and made sure we had everything we needed and more! She’s the best!!

United States of Americahe only thing "missing" was that there is no pool which would be nice after a hot day of looking at art and roaming around town. I understand that they are working on installing one next to their newish and beautiful spa.
This is a beautiful and unique inn/hotel well-located near the central plaza in Santa Fe. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge through housekeeping were all incredible. The rooms are decorated in a Morrocan/Thai style with the bathroom walls decorated with unique mosaics. Really charming and fun.

I do not like cookie cutter, nor ultra modern, so this beautiful, uniquely decorated Inn met and exceeded my expectations in that regard. The service was excellent - every Inn and Hotel should follow The Inn of Five Graces example! Everyone we interacted with left me saying "these are the nicest people Ive ever met". Our accomodation was a one bedroom adobe cottage, with full kitchen, and bedroom fireplace. The stocked snack fridge was a nice touch, as was the complimemtary vallet, concierge, hot breakfast menu with delivery, and excellent housekeeping.
