Amazing staff! Very important to me. Great breakfast. The short hiking path out back was a big plus for us. We came during the winter and still found so much to do right there. Would definitely book again!

The room itself needs updating, Staff was awesome! We had a server whom we later saw in the bar named Joy and she was truly one of the most hospital person I’d ever met. She was truly a JOY!!! I am a Customer Success Director so I love to see someone who truly loves what they do!

The room and pool size and cleanliness, pub, food, music, everything was great. The breakfast was impressive as we did not expect it.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the authentic Irish vibe, and the live Irish music in the pub was awesome. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The chairs and sofa were hard as a rock, but we didn’t use them much anyway. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. A nice stay for sure. We will be back!

The room we slept in was pretty chilly but not unbearable. Bed was very comfortable.

We liked the location. Our room we booked was very nice with plenty amenities. We ate our evening meal and breakfast....excellent!!!!!

Your reservation platform. I love the hotel

We enjoy this place every year and this is the first year we had any reservation issues and the only year we used bookings, the reservation had to be searched for and the only wY they could find it was through email. I suggest you do something to fix the way you upload reservations.

Breakfast was fine. Guinness was expensive in the pub. Shower seemed dated.

The jet streams in our in-room jacuzzi did not work as well as the jet streams on the hot tub. But other than that everything was great.

The hotel was incredibly clean. There was plenty of privacy. We heard no noise from the other rooms or hallways. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Frank O'Dowd's was a wonderful pub. Enjoyed the fish and chips one night; the Kale slaw was especially good. Had bangers and mash another night. Both very good meals. Loved my room. The electric fireplace was so homey. The jacuzzi was especially nice, especially after a long day walking around Galena.

The breakfast was hot or miss. It seems the weekend breakfast is much better than during the weekdays.

We loved the suite we booked with the hot tub! It was a very quiet hotel, hardly any kids. The pool and hot tub available in the hotel was also very nice and clean with hardly any occupants.

The first day we had breakfast they seemed short staffed and ran out of coffee.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. The property has recently been renovated and it looks very nice, fresh. The beds and the bedding are very comfortable and the rooms are always spotless. The breakfast is a hot buffet with plenty of food. The afternoon tea time with mini sandwiches is a nice touch. They provide a trolley to the downtown area (although we have not used it). It's nice to have the pub attached to the hotel, we usually get a drink and listen to the music. Very comfortable.
