Nothing major, more just a few inconveniences. The bathroom wasn't small, but the shower was quite harrow so elbows hit the walls. A coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. The mini bar was well stocked but excessively priced so it felt more like a waste of space in the room which could have been used for an armchair for somewhere to sit other than the bed.

Comfortable king bed in a decent size room for NYC with room to walk around the bed. Great location close to subway stations and great cafes & restaurants in both Nomad and Koreatown. The wine hour from 5-6pm was a nice touch and the bread treats from Bourke Street Bakery were delicious. 24hr gym with free and cable weights and peloton bikes was convenient too.

The original standard room is small

Amazing location, great lobby, nice rooms and facilities. Got upgraded to a large room by the lovely reception staff when my existing room’s curtains broke

Looks like the hotel facility needs a facelift. The corridor carpets should be renewed and some facelift in the room is needed. What I really didn't like, and I think it's becoming common, is the charge I had to pay for every Amazon package they received for me. Not cool

Showers were a little tight on space but overall still perfectly acceptable

Very friendly staff, liked the free coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoons down in the lobby. Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious enough.

Clean, modern hotel in a safe, quiet area of nyc. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Hotel is well appointed. Great in room facilities, mini bar, room service options

The bathroom was a tiny and the water drainage wasn’t great but we survived.

The hotel was great, staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was comfortable and most importantly, the beds were super comfortable. The rooms were cozy in that you heard no neighbours up, down or side to side. You can hear typical city traffic but not busy traffic, just a typical city hum. The location was perfect whether going uptown or downtown, east or west.

Room worn down - carpet floor (apparently wooden floors only in suites) - mini bar is full with drinks and snacks (nowadays nobody needs a minibar) and has no space for own drinks

Location is close to MTA stations (28th street) - for NYC relatively big rooms

Pricey, breakfast not included was pricey and limited menu. Restaurant for dinner was good but also pricey. Personnel at the bar was rude and not accommodating!

A convenient room with a relatively large closet, in a wonderful location. Free coffee and fruit are very handy.

- no coffee maker in room and ird coffee too expensive. - very slow drain in sink. Remedied once FD was notified - limited IRD menu items and times - shower showing signs of neglected cleaning with mold in grout. - could use nightstand on opposite side of beds. Backup set of pillows in room - lack of map and highlights of immediate area. - lack of overnight IRD.

Location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, A/C not too loud and helped drown out the street noise. Great hotel bar (Scarpetta’s) Would LOVE to buy an amenity bar “hutch” similar to what is in rooms. Housekeeping personnel was very lovely and hospitable. Front desk team was very accommodating and responded timely to requests or maintenence requests.

There was quite loud A/C noise to hear from outside

Bagel could have been better. With all the service charges and the elevated price , you could serve a better bagel.
